Please excuse our progress. We have just finished the interiors of this classic southern home, and are almost finished giving the exterior some much needed TLC. We will let you know if any projects will be ongoing during your stay.
Our home is situated on the property along with another house that hosts long term residents. We share the driveway & parking areas with the long term residents. Our home is located on the front lot of the property with the other house to the rear. We ask all of our guests to be respectful and not disturb the long term tenants or block the drives or garages, and to only use the designated parking areas located directly behind the front house.
This property uses smart locks for secure and easy access.
This is a lovely classic home with high ceilings and tons of old-time charm. The home welcomes you with a large entry porch and foyer. There is a large living and dining space open to each other adorned with a double fire place with lovely mantles on both sides. Natural light floods the space from the large windows and french doors that lead onto the over sized patio courtyard. Although this is an older home, the kitchen is open to the other spaces giving it a more open feel than would be expected. The sleeping spaces include a king bedroom & queen bedroom both with en suite bathrooms. For additional sleeping accommodations, the couch in the living room is a queen sofa sleeper and a queen blow up mattress is available as well. Using the beds, sleeper sofa, & blow up bed, we can accommodate a total of 8 guests. Another half bath and laundry are also located inside the house. We hope you love this home as much as we do :)
