Located only 10 minutes from the Airport, this property combines modern finishes and is perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or a cozy home whilst exploring everything Accra has to offer. You are a few minutes away from the most popular restaurants, malls, cafes, shops, night clubs in Accra.

Guests will enjoy en-suite private bedrooms with a comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and three (3) queen-sized beds in the other bedrooms., all of which have been fitted with comforters and duvets. Cook dinner in a cozy, classic kitchen, and dine at a modern table. Share a glass of wine with a friend on the balcony to cap the night. The property is not missing out on any modern appliances, including a refrigerator, air conditioning, free Wifi, DsTV, washing machine, and a dryer. Don't worry about power outages, as this home is fitted with a 20kva standby generator. It is truly a home away from home. Guests have sole access to every part of this property.

We really enjoyed our time there

The house is very beautiful and well equipped and really luxurious. We had a special request for our arrival which Matou even fulfilled. When we arrived, however, Matou was not there and could not be reached by phone. Luckily, we only found Matou when we rang the doorbells of the neighboring houses, as he also lives there. That would be our only criticism - that Matou is there when the guests arrive or tells them where he can be found. In any case, we would be happy to return to this beautiful house - even if a short part of the road to the house is not yet a real road. But that is normal for new houses that the road there is not yet there. Best wishes, Michael

The phone network in Ghana misbehaves sometimes and that’s probably why your calls couldn’t go through at the time you were trying to reach me. Very sorry about that. The road in-front of the house is under construction by the City, and I’m certain the next time you come to Ghana and choose to stay with us, it would have been completed. Great Stay / Expectations Met

We are a family of 4 and were looking for a conveniently located house to rent for our almost 2 week trip. This house was that. As indicated in the home details, there is a lot around to do. Even with Ghana traffic, nothing seemed more than a quick trip away including the shopping malls, grocery stores, beach, airport, restaurants, etc. In that way we chose the right convenient location. The house itself was as presented online. Its large, clean and has the proper amenities. Everything worked which was key for us including hot water (hot water heaters in each bathroom) wall mounted ac units (there are many in the home), stove, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer combo machine and most importantly the generator in case of power loss which did happen 2 or 3 times during our stay. Again everything worked!!! Not without some minor issues though. Some water heaters work better than others, the washer/dryer unit is very small and its functionality isnt ideal. So other minor home finishings (door handles) could maybe have been installed better. All of these things again minor. The owner was very responsive throughout our stay to address the minor issues we had though and so this made everything (while not perfect) easy. We really enjoyed our stay and the home itself was a big part of our broader enjoyment experience. We'd definitely stay again and probably would even prefer to depending on future options. We do recommend this home!!!

Tse Addo is calm and very serene. It is one of the safest neighbourhoods in Accra, and boasts a very vibrant nightlife. You are only a few minutes away from the malls, restaurants and all the attractions Accra has to offer. In short, Tse Addo is the place to be when you visit Accra.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our property has everything one would want and need to make his or her stay extremely comfortable in Accra. It has been luxuriously decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen that has appliances such as a smart rice cooker, an air fryer, a microwave, and an oven amongst others. One will definitely feel very much at home at the property, which has been built and designed with love. It is a brand-new property, and we look forward to welcoming our very first guests.
