At our luxurious vacation rental property, we understand the importance of seamless travel experiences. Therefore, our dedicated concierge team is available to assist with arranging private transportation, ensuring you can easily navigate the area and experience all it has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:
- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. Only dogs are permitted with written permission only, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.
- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

We had the best vacation ever! The property was super clean, beautiful and very well maintained! The property manager always answered any questions promptly and organized everything for us. The home is beautiful and very well kept, neighborhood is great, boat dock and lift were awesome, pool and hot tub very clean.

Great Lake Vacation rental
This is the 5th year in a row we have rented a vacation home on this street. Great location, the house has everything you need with the option for additional amenities. We hired a Chef 2 days in a row which was amazing. There is plenty of space and the management company was easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. We will rent here again.
