This is a fantastic location in La Jolla. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and a short drive to both La Jolla Village and Pacific Beach areas which are filled with shopping and dining opportunities.

House was conveniently located--close to restaurants, the ocean, etc. Bedrooms could use drawer space of some kind (even a shelf or two in the closet would help). The master bedroom had plenty of drawer space. The kitchen was very well equipped. En suite bathrooms were very small, especially for big people, and the showers had no grab bars. Bathrooms could use hooks for towels.Living and dining space was very nice and very comfortable. Nice outdoor space also.

Great place, we came for our son's MCRD graduation and it was perfect for in and out not to close, but not to far from the base. The street is a bit busy with people driving FAST up and down, however it wasn't to loud. Will definitely recommend

Most responsive people I’ve ever dealt with when there was an issue. Beautiful property. Great location. Walking distance from the beach and lots of yummy coffee houses and food establishments.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen had some extra touches like coffee beans and a grinder for the coffee maker, a variety of spices and olive oil to use for the nights we made dinner. There were plenty of plates and cups. Although there was no air conditioning and we were there during one of the warmest times of the year, there was a ceiling fan in each room and extra fans available so it was comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach which we did often to watch the sunset and the surfers. There were plenty of towels and some beach chairs and umbrellas to use when we went to the beach during the day which was great and made our beach time much more enjoyable. It is located within a short walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and a small grocery. We would definitely stay again.

Long Weekend

Great location! Very clean and great amenities. Short walk to the beach and very short walk to local fresh market and dining. Short drive to even more great dining. Highly recommend this vacation home.

The house was amazing. Very clean, centrally located, and walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend making a trip to La Jolla Cove to watch the sea lions.Side note, the property managers were amazing and notified us of a medial device left at the house and offered to ship it to us since we had already flown back to NorCal. Would stay here 10/10 times.

La Jolla trip

This house was perfect for our stay in La Jolla. The 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms were a plus as well as plenty of off street parking. The house was very clean and had a very nice backyard area. Close to stores, restaurants and the beach. I’d like to stay there again in the future.

Best of La Jolla

Owner checked in often and was quick to respond to questions. Located in an optimal location for easy drive to all of San Diego and walking distance to the best beach in San Diego. I highly recommend Coast Vacation Homes.

Clean and comfortable

Lovely property within walking distance to the beach. Clean - plus 3 bathrooms! Perfect for large families! Fun games too! Close to market and coffee shops.

Stay in La Jolla

Property was an excellent location. We were able to walk to downtown La Jolla. Very convenient for the entire San Diego area. Property manager was responsive, the house was clean and there was a nice outdoor area for grilling and enjoying outside. We would stay at this house again.

While we did have some issues while we were there, the property management company was responsive overall. Easy to walk to beach and restaurants.

La Jolla Concours weekend

I had a few co-workers join me to explore opportunities at the La Jolla Concours. The property was very comfortable, good location, and the Management Company was very responsive.
