This house is located 5 minutes from the airport and Boise State University. Downtown Boise is a quick 10 minute drive away, with plenty to see between here and there, including Boise’s greenbelt shared-use path along the Boise River. If walking is your preferred mode of transportation there are shops and restaurants just a 10-minute walk away. You are also walking distance to the Historic Boise Depot. Just out the front door you will find tennis courts, open fields and a city park.

The Space

This house features a bright open living room with a flat screen TV and a sofa that pulls out to a double bed. There is also a dedicated work space. The kitchen is light and bright and features seating for four as well as a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for guest use. There are three bedrooms, including a master with a queen bed and updated bathroom with shower. Another queen bed is in the second bedroom with the third bedroom featuring a single bed as well as toys and books for the kids. The main bathroom is located near the bedrooms and has a tub for bath time.
