This condo was a lovely place to stay in Stowe. Comfortable clean and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The owners/managers were incredibly responsive to a difficult situation that occurred.

Enjoyed another great stay. Lots of restaurants & shops within easy walking distance, and a quick 15 min drive to the slopes. Recent updates include new furniture in the living room. Perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. Look forward to staying here again.

Honeymoon stay in Stowe

Lovely little condo right in town. Being able to hear the water while on the deck was so peaceful and tranquil! Great location to go hiking, get food, and explore. The AC units worked great to keep it cool even with it being hot out, and a full working kitchen is always a must! Highly recommend.

The property is absolutely perfect and in the ideal location. It is a 2 minute walk to the main street - great shops and restaurants. I can't wait to go back!!

Ski trip

The property was very clean and comfortable. I love the little fireplace in the living room and the heated floors. The only complaint I had was the snow was not clear off of the steps the whole time we were there.

Cozy condo in the heart of Stowe

A great cozy condo next to the heart of Stowe. It was clean and had everything we needed for a ski vacation including a great washer and dryer. A quick drive to Stowe or you can take the ski bus. You can walk to down town shopping and restaurants. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with and even checked in a few times during our stay. Definitely recommended as would stay here again. Thank you!

Stowe getaway

We visited stowe for the first time a little over a year ago and couldnt wait to return. Stayibg in town was so convenient. We walked around town visting shops and enjoying the food, drinks and views. Our biggest thrill was watching the giant bear snacking in the dumpster...lol. he was so relaxed for being in town. Condo was nice and wed return again. Thank you.

Great location

Great location close to town and the ski resort. definitely needs some updates as both of the pull out beds were broken. it would also be nice if it was a little more clear how to work the gas fireplace. but the hosts were very responsive and did fix the fireplace and offered an air mattress.

Quiet & Cozy Spot

My husband and I enjoyed our stay it was quiet and the interior of the condo is clean and well maintained. We loved the heated tile floors for cold nights and a very comfortable king size bed. While I will agree with other reviews the bedroom door to the patio is very hard to open but, it is a nice spot to sit and listen to the creek for coffee in the am. Stove is very busy area with limited parking. Being within walking distance is a huge +. Thanks again for being available and responsive to answer all our questions.

Great apartment; filthy exterior

Perfectly satisfactory interior and pleasant space Exterior spaces were filthy - there appears there’s been no effort all season to maintain the stair up to apt, the upstairs door way or back deck.

Thank you for taking time to submit a review. During your stay, you surely noticed the extensive construction taking place at the Inn next door. The construction traffic, paired with a very dry summer, has produced alot of dust. The HOA elected to wait until the construction is completed to power wash the building. That said...after your visit we took it upon ourselves to wash the front and back decks and stairs to our condo the top floor. Regards, The Team at Stowe Resort Homes, LLC

Great location, needs new furniture

The listing for this property does not do justice to the wonderful location. It was so easy to walk to coffee, shops, and dining. Less great was the living room furniture. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and the pull out bed was possibly the worst I’ve ever seen. I understand and expect pull outs won’t be great, but this was barely functioning which made for some grumpy kids on the slopes. There also weren’t extra blankets or pillows - so make that cold, grumpy kids. The place was old and could use some love, but it was very clean. I’d say a great stay for 2 people or being an air mattress for your kids.

Good Time

A lamp between the sofa and the love seat would have been appreciated. My laptop would not connect to the modem in the unit, so I did not have internet while I was there. We did connect with your tech team and the were great in trying to figure out how to fix the problem, but nothing worked to do so. Thankfully, my husband was able to connect right away.

Great location and wonderful porch

The location of this unit is stellar!! We were able to walk in two different directions to access restaurants and shopping as well as trails in and around Stowe. The location cannot be beat!! Customer service and communication was 100% awesome and responsive, the check-in and check-out process was efficient and easy and when we needed a fan and a baby/dog gate, both items were delivered in less than 24 hours. The property was as advertised and totally fit our needs. It was clean and tidy and the bed was SUPER comfortable and we loved the porch that overlooked the river below where we sipped wine and played hands of Uno! But the bathroom is a little dark as no light in the shower, the AC units were super loud, and the porch and front door need a little TLC. We would stay here again though as the small deficiencies are vastly outweighed by the advantages!

Good, not great.

Pros: excellent location, very comfortable bed, nice but small deck overlooking Little River. Great customer service. Overall a good value. Cons: dated and in need of maintenance/updating. It was hot while were there in mid-September and the AC was very lacking - a loud window unit in living area near TV and a portable AC in the bedroom with ill-fitting exhaust to window frame. Uncomfortable living/TV space. I'd say overall that the quality is on the level of a mobile home. Cleanliness - exterior needs maintenance. Interior is perhaps as clean as can be expected given it needs to be updated.

Great spot, place could use some TLC

On the positive side, the location can't be beat. With the river right behind the condo, you can fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sounds of running water over the rocks in the riverbed. And, the deck off the bedroom is a great place to have breakfast, lunch, or just lounge. On the downside, the place is in need of an update. The rugs are worn, the caulking around the bathtub is mildewed, and the A/C units are a disaster. The one in the living room is too loud to use when you want to watch TV, and the one in the bedroom has no control knobs, making it pretty useless. Luckily, the nights were cool while we were there, so we didn't really need them.

Thank you for your feedback, Mike. Since your stay, the condo has been updated with new engineered hardwood flooring, and completely repainted. We had hoped to have it completed in Spring of '21, but there were delays in the supply chain. We hope you will come back and enjoy the improvements sometime soon.
