Welcome to St Joseph's Place at 1300 Boyle Street. My name is Stephen, and I bought this house in 2021, made various improvements, and providentially now am able to offer this space. I envision this beautiful home as a place of refuge, rest, and relaxation all within the confines of Pittsburgh's greatest neighborhood, the northside! You couldn't pick a more convenient location. You are right next store to Allegheny general hospital and close to all of the other major hospitals in the City of Pittsburgh. Furthermore you are a walk from the some of the best restaurants, bars, downtown Pittsburgh, the casino, sports stadiums, and so much more!
I hope you can appreciate the architecture as much as I do in this beautiful corner of the block, old English row house.

I love the atmosphere in this neighborhood. There is lots of change, creativity, and joy on the horizon. I lived here for a year myself and absolutely loved it! The neighbors are welcoming and you are 10-15 minutes from practically everything in Pittsburgh

Whether you're planning a family gathering, visiting for events in the city, working remotely, or even if you're a traveling nurse, our space accommodates your needs. You'll experience the comforts of home while having the flexibility to prepare your own meals, unwind on the cozy couch, or take leisurely strolls through our picturesque neighborhood.
However, there are a few points to consider before booking:
Urban Environment: Please note that our home is situated in the heart of the city. While I personally lived here for a year without ever feeling unsafe, I recommend this Airbnb for those comfortable with an urban environment. Previous reviews reflect this sentiment.
Proximity to Hospital: Our location is just 3 blocks away from Allegheny General Hospital, which means you may occasionally hear the sound of helicopters. Rest assured, the neighborhood is generally tranquil at night.
Charm of an Old Home: This house has character, and with character comes quirks. The floors might creak, some windows require a gentle touch to open, and you might find a few scrapes on the walls. Despite our best efforts to maintain the home's condition, please understand that it's an older property. We value transparency, as some guests in the past may have expected a luxury hotel experience, which our home isn't designed to provide.
