Guest Access:

Parking:

- Slide the gate open. There is a parking space for one vehicle under the sail shades.

- Street parking is also available nearby. Please don't park on the grass, block sidewalks and alleys, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.



Property Access:

- You will have exclusive access to the unit. The home is on the back half of a property that the address takes you to. In order to access the property you need to go down a back alley and there is a sliding gate door.

The East Cesar Chavez district is a vibrant and rapidly evolving neighborhood. It's industrial-chic brewpubs, craft cocktail lounges, and live-music rooms, makes this neighbourhood pick up the pace after dark. Art galleries, vintage boutiques, bike shops and coffee houses mix with Mexican restaurants and BBQ joints.



You'll also be nearby the Festival Beach Food Forest - an edible forest garden where visitors can openly forage and enjoy fresh food on the shores of Lady Bird Lake.

• This one-bedroom Bahamian bungalow has shared Wi-Fi. The connection may be limited and may not support heavy streaming or constant work needs.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? Your rental comes with a complimentary full tank upon arrival. A propane tank refill is available for a one-time $55 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
