Beachfront condo with full sea view and the facilities of a 5-star resort

110 sq. metres, 2 BR condo, which is part of the Dusit Thani Resort (the condo building is a separate building from the hotel itself but is on the same grounds so you are fully entitled to using the resort's facilities). Recently renovated, is on the 7th floor and has a full view of the sea from the master bedroom and living room; and has a large balcony. King Size bed in the master BR and queen size bed in the guest BR. This condo accommodates 4 people and is fully air conditioned. The building has car parking, elevators and 24 hour security.

The resort has Italian and Thai restaurants and cafe with an international menu. The Condo building has its own pool which is very quiet, but I recommend walking 2 minutes to the hotel wing where the pool is much larger and you can order food and drinks to have by the pool while sunbathing. The condo building is right on the beach, laundry and maid's services are available for a very small fee.


Other facilities include a full service spa, a fitness centre, tennis courts, squash courts, outdoor massage by the pool, kayak rental, free cooking classes, and more.

Very nice location

Nice views and location. It was quite in the complex and had the pool to ourselves on most days. It was not too far away from town with cheap bolt rides. Overall Hau Hin was a quite town thus traffic while it has it’s peak times was not too bad. If you download the 7 ELEVEn app you can get deliveries to the door along with Grab orders. Some of the furniture and pillows were a bit past their best by date. Staff were friendly. There was contact leading up to our arrival and there was no doubt about hogs to get into the unit. Overall our stay was excellent.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment von Troy sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war einfach nur perfekt. Alles hat gestimmt und die Aussicht aus dem 7. Stockwerk ist einfach nur toll. Schön war auch, dass wir die Einrichtungen des Dusit Thani mitbenutzen konnten. Das Personal dort war - so wie im Condominium selbst - sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Besten Dank für alles, Troy!

Great location, clean, everything provided, just bring your own towel, easy check in and check out. Made use of the good hotel facilities like pool and food/beverage. Good wi-fi in the room which did not work at first but owner got it fixed very quickly. Would stay again

Great Hua Hin option

We really enjoyed our stay in Troy's condo. It is nicely furnished and the use of the resort facilities makes it even more amazing. The ocean view from the balcony allows for the sunrise on one side and when we left the condo one evening we discovered we could watch the sunset over the mountains from that side. Troy has quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. As others noted, it is a bit far from town and it is worth renting a couple motorbikes if you don't have a car. Overall, a great experience.

fabulous stay

Owner Troy excellent communication replied promtly to any emails and organised our transport to and from airport. We had party of 4 adults and 1 child plenty of room in the condo. Main reception area has just been refurbished plenty of seating and good wi fi. We had the pool to ourselves for the fortnight allowing the 'bigger' kids to make as much noise as they wanted! Tesco approx good 20min walk from condo, walk out to main road and turn right. As you walk out of condo and head to main road there are hotel staff living quarters and inside is a shop that sells crisps and juice. You can go inside and ask for a taxi and 'Mr Sutton' as he calls himself is more than happy to take you wherever you want at night. He is a taxi driver during the day so we arranged times with him prior when we wanted to go anywhere in the afternoon. 300bahts into hua hin town approx £6. No bother getting transport back at night. Exchange rate better in Thailand with plenty of places in Hua Hin to exchange it up to 9pm. Great holiday thank you Troy for an enjoyable stay!

Me and my girlfriend had a GREAT time over there, the apartment is really big, kitchen well eequiped, 2 big rooms, and amazing view of the sea. The hotel staff os really nic3nice. Its about 10 min from the center, but the hotel has a shuttle every hiur for only 50 bahts (1.5 $). The owner is really helpfull egrn we had a small problemm with the shower he got someone to fix right away, and always respond messages really quick, woul definitelly come back.

Outstanding beach side Condominium in Hua Hin

What a wonderful location - sun, sand , sea and a condominium in Paradise. We stayed for a week and wished it could have been a month. Condominium was outstanding - sea views better than expected. Had use of all the facilities of the Dusit Thani Resort as well - what a bonus !! Perfect location for all types - families, couples etc. About 10 - 15 mins north of Hua Hin but has regular & timely transport from resort to town if you don't have your own transport. Definitely recommend and the owner is a really nice and helpful person.

Perfect spot to spend a nice holiday

My parents and I are since a couple of years travelling together. We came across this appartment last july 2013 and decided to book it. It was one of the best decision we made that day. We had a fantastic time at the apartment. The view was really nice, the rooms were good and the location superb. If you are with family or just a small group of friends you will have a fanatastic time. Troy is a really relaxed person, he will answer your e-mails quickly. So if you want to go to Thailand and don't want to go for a hotel this is a pretty damm good alternative to go for!

The BEST vacation!!

My wife and I had a 2 week vacation on this beautiful Condo. It's was definitely the best vacation we ever had for a long while. Our time and the great experience we had was all worth the money spent. The view was extremely breathtaking! The photos on this site speaks for itself. The Condo was very clean too. If your aim is total relaxation, this is the place to be. We had a great location that had a spectacular ocean view. The pools were looking out to the beach which added to the gorgeous view. Aside from the view, we enjoyed all the amenities they offered; the spa, the fitness centre, the pools and some sports activities like tennis and golf. Not to mention, their Italian restaurant, the food was superb. Having the Wi - fi in the condo main floor lobby was helpful. None of this could have been possible without the help of Troy, the owner. He was really warm, helpful and accommodating althrough out our stay. He made us feel at home. It was like having a resort in the comfort of our own homes to our own disposal. A wonderful place for family with kids

we enjoyed this apartment very much! The view - we had lunch on the balcony for it; the guest bedroom - the kids had long peaceful sleep in it; the Simpson TV - again the kids were so interested and we finished season 1; Harry Potter - we were into chapter 5... We enjoy the hotel facilities very much too. The convenience of having restaurants so nearby; the swimming pool and jacuzzi and the kids playroom... Indeed if we come back for another holiday we will contact Troy to check the availability!

Luxury apartment near to Hua Hin and great golf !

We stayed at this great apartment for 2 weeks in April 2012 and it was just perfect! It's situated in a condo block adjacent to the 5 star Dusit Thani Hotel where you can use all the facilities of the hotel - pools.bars,restaurants,shuttlebus etc but at the same time enjoy the freedom and space of your own apartment with great sea views and its own big beachside pool. You really do get the best of both worlds! It has everything you need for a great vacation - it's spacious, well equipped and it had recently been modernised and redecorated when we were there. The master bedroom is huge with en suite shower room and stunning sea view, and the second bedroom is ideal for 21 year old student daughters who decide to come along for a free holidays! At the Condo building there is car parking, lifts and wifi in the lobby only (not much of a problem) and the staff are very friendly and helpful though it has a distinctive Thai feel with very little English spoken. If you don't want to drive into Hua Hin there is an hourly shuttle bus from the hotel for 100 baht per person return - we used this several times. The owner Troy was incredibly helpful and so attentive in checking that everything was ok during our stay; his father even renewed his membership of 2 local golf courses so that I could play at member’s guest rate! How nice was that? We have stayed in many lovely apartments all over the world but this was absolutely perfect blend of relaxing beach side sunbathing, lovely food, shopping trips into Hua Hin and several rounds of golf at some great local golf courses (Palm Hills and Royal Springfield). We are already planning a return trip - so from all of us a very big thank you Troy for a great vacation Tom Clare and Lucy

Amazing beachfront condo with amenities

We enjoyed an amazing two week stay from December 21, 2011 – January 3, 2012 at the Dusit Thani Condo in this beautiful 7th floor 2 bdrm. The owner, Troy, was extremely great to deal with – promptly answering any inquiries. The condo was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed when we cooked but it was more checking out the huge variety of restaurants in Hua Hin. Having the wi-fi in the condo main floor lobby was helpful. The view from the condo is spectacular and the ocean view from the large balcony with seating was a fantastic treat. Enjoyed the smaller quiet pool at the condo although we could have used the larger pools at the hotel. Most days we had the condo’s pool to ourselves – literally just steps to the beach. Having the Dusit Thani Resort next door was a definite bonus. The restaurants on site were good – treated ourselves to the breakfast buffet a few times (huge selection). Used the hotel’s shuttle almost daily – for a nominal fee, you can catch the shuttle to and from central Hua Hin where there are markets, restaurants and shopping. Stayed at the condo over Christmas and New Years so we enjoyed the hotel’s outdoor Christmas Eve Program and the New Year’s Celebrations and fireworks from our balcony! LOVED staying at this condo (wish we owned it!) and we highly recommend it! Hopefully we will return to Thailand and, if so, we’ll definitely stay at Troy’s condo! Thanks Troy – you have a wonderful condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Because of your great customer service, our stay was just that more memorable!

Thailand Vacation 2012

Our stay at the Dusit Thani Condos was truly an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The facility is very comfortable and well appointed and equipped with everything needed to make you feel at home. The location was close enough to Hua Hin to make it very accessible yet far enough away to allow for a quiet and relaxed stay. Having the resort facilities at our disposal allowed us to enjoy the full variety of pools, beach, horseback riding, tennis, spa facilities and restaurants without leaving the area. The hotel shuttle, at a nominal cost, to take you into Hua Hin was a tremendous convenience. Since Hua Hin is a tourist destination many enjoyable activities can be undertaken such as Hua Hin Hills Winery, night markets, many very affordable and quality restaurants and the entertainment district. There are a number of quality golf courses in the area with a couple quite close to the Dusit Thani. The owner was attentive and extremely prompt in dealing with any of our needs. I would not hesitate to return to this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. It was a very enjoyable time. K. Smelser (Canada)

home away from home

Awesome apartment right on the beach with stunning views from main bedroom and lounge. Suitable for 4 persons and an absolute bargain compared to what you would pay in the hotel next door. We had a car so it was no problem getting around. Used the hotel pool and gym for free but wouldn't recommend eating there because of the price. Can get much better in town for 70% less! Hope to return next year.

Very comfortable

The owner was very kind to let us use this condo with short notice and for less than his minimum night requirements. We enjoyed the grounds and the beach very much and its really close to Hua Hin to drive in for shopping and dinner. We had our 10 and 13 year old children and we all had a very relaxed time.

18 days of relaxing

I stayed at the flat in April. It is part of the Dusit Thani hotel complex. The flat was excellent for me, very quiet and private yet all the facilities of the hotel were there when I needed them. The listing of flat and the photos are very accurate. The flat has all the things you might need and the management staff on the lobby floor provide cleaning and laundry at a very reasonable cost. The location is a bit far from the centre of Hua Hin but the hotel has a shuttle bus to town every hour which is much cheaper than a taxi. In town apart from the many restaurants there are two supermarkets. I would certainly recommend this flat and I hope to get back there when I have the opportunity.
