Welcome to our slice of Paradise! Our top floor condo is designed to surround you with nature and peaceful views of the lake, fountains, palm trees and the sound of a serene waterfall... We have an on site restaurant and Tiki Bar (Twisted Tuna), 2 large swimming pools and hot tub. Also located within a short 9 minute walk from the beach, restaurants, nature trails, and the intercoastal waterway. Jupiter is truly a gem!

The building has both elevator and stairwell across. Our condo is one of a few units in Jupiter Bay that has an enclosed Lanai/balcony with external sliding doors, this design allows the use of the balcony throughout the entire year! It is very spacious, carefully planned and ready to host you!

This unit was recently renovated with your comfort in mind, updated appliances, hardwood floors, granite kitchen and high quality finishes. It boasts a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable dining for 4 on the balcony, washer/dryer combo in the unit, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower/tub.

It has a master bedroom with a king size bed, large walk in closet, and plenty of storage space throughout the unit. The living room is also equipped with a couch set that includes a pull out mattress for extra sleeping arrangements, including an air mattress if needed. We have TV`s with both internet streaming services like Netflix/Amazon and cable television.

During the cooler months, the balcony doors can be opened to let the soothing the ocean breeze through.

Beach towels, chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards and a cooler are also provided. On site Resort Pool access is also provided. .

There is a grill next to the pool deck. This will require 1 week advance reservation and a $50 deposit. Alternatively, there are plenty of free charcoal grills next to the beach at Carlin Park, which is where we prefer to take our family and enjoy the park and beach. It is around 10 minute walk from the unit or a short 2 minute drive.

Guests will need to provide their email once booking is confirmed and complete the Jupiter Bay Guest Registration Form in order to issue a parking pass.

We provide 1 complementary parking pass for parking on the resort, additional vehicles will require an HOA Permit fee of $25/vehicle.

Keypad access and code will be provided on the day of check-in.

The door will be set with a unique passcode for your access. We provide you with the utmost privacy, but in case you need anything we live 5 minutes away and will be available for any of your needs.

Jupiter Bay offers an ideal lifestyle in beautiful Northern Palm Beach County. We are adjacent to Carlin Park, with its beautiful beaches, heart trail and amphitheater. We`re a short walk to Jupiter`s Riverwalk, Jupiter Beach and `Funky Fishing Village`. It is a vey safe neighborhood with many amenities and things to do!

There are many walkable locations from our condominium, close by restaurants, river walks, the beach and many other attractions. Please refer to our Guidebook for our favorite spots!
We provide a parking pass for parking on the resort, most of the local destinations do not have any parking fees.

- As this is our family home, we do not allow parties or large gatherings.
Commercial vehicles and pickup trucks over half ton are not allowed to park overnight.
- Guests must complete the Jupiter Bay Condominium Association (HOA) Guest/Lease Registration Form which will be provided online after booking.
- A photograph of a driver license is required for the free vehicle parking permit.
- Vehicle details (make/model and plate number) are needed to issue parking permit. If renting a vehicle, can be processed once details are received.
The Jupiter Bay Condominium Association (HOA ) requires all guests to complete a Guest/Lease Registration form, this will be provided electronically to your email address and will need to be filled out online and submitted prior to check-in.

No smoking inside the unit. A hefty fine will be imposed, there`s plenty of space to smoke outside if needed.

Cancellation & Reservation Change Policy

We understand that travel plans can shift, and we strive to provide fair and transparent options:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 100% refund.

Cancellations made 7 to 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Reservation Changes: Bookings cannot be modified, rescheduled, or moved within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date. Any change requested within this timeframe will be treated as a cancellation and follow the refund terms above.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

A pool key will be provided, $50 replacement fee.
