Walking inside, you will instantly take notice of the light-filled living room. Composed of high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows, this room offers a serene spot to sit back, visit, and stream your favorite shows. Steps away, the updated kitchen radiantly gleams with its white tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. When mealtime rolls around, dine family-style at the formal dining table, or take your culinary creations outside where you can dine al fresco on the deck.

Through exploring the rest of the home, you will find a cozy media room, complete with another large TV, a work desk, and a bookshelf full of travel books. Everyone's slumber is guaranteed to be restful amongst the bedroom's soft linens, inviting color palettes, and central air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
