Bookings for 4 persons minimum. (@ Base Rate). Additional charges for bookings in excess of 4 people.
Maximum number of guests: 12 persons + 2 children up to the age of 4 yrs in baby cribs provided free of charge and added to existing bedrooms.
Bedding arrangement: 4 double bedrooms (sleeping 8 pax), + 4 folding beds + 2 baby cribs.

Our rates depend on the total number of guests and number of bedrooms provided. PLEASE NOTE: We provide one bedroom for every 2 guests, with additional bedrooms upon request.

The villa is nestled in the hills on the north-western side of the main island of Mahé amongst lush vegetation and a tranquil and peaceful surrounding. It has spectacular ocean views with exceptional sunsets over the Indian Ocean.

We are only a few minutes drive away from the popular Beau Vallon beach with various hotels, restaurants, food stores, mini-markets, shops, diving centres, car rentals, petrol station, internet café, money changer, ATM machines, medical clinic and police station.

Its location makes it ideal for those who prefer peace and tranquility and those who enjoy being surrounded by nature, yet love to be close enough to the ocean; those who love the quality of a five star hotel, yet prefer to be in their own private spacious villa.

The villa is best suited for a large family or group of friends but is also suitable for smaller groups

Due to its location, a hired car is highly recommended. We can assist and organise.
