The space
Check out this amazing 2 bedroom(but sleeps 8) lakehouse just minutes outside of Halifax in beautiful Lakelands Nova Scotia. This home is sure to please the with it’s AMAZING lake frontage offering panoramic views of beautiful Piggot Lake. There are so many amenities to list. The bright open concept kitchen, dining and living room areas offer amazing views and access to the enormous brand new rear deck with glass panels to maximize viewing of the lake! The brand new almost 17 foot structurally engineered patio door offers unobstructed views that are breathtaking. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops all appliances and everything you will need to cook fantastic meals lakeside! There is also access to the full bathroom on the main level and a futon for additional guests. The primary bedroom again, features panoramic views of the lake and has access to it’s own 2nd floor patio with bistro set overlooking the lake where you can enjoy your morning java and features it’s own Keurig. The lower level of the home features a large rec room area that will be great for playing games and entertaining with walkout to the back yard. There is also a 2nd bedroom on this level as well as a laundry room where you can do your laundry during your stay and another futon! The large rear deck is truly an oasis with its lounger seating around the brand new plumbed in concrete fire table, the brand new Neapolitan LED BBQ(you have to try a steak on this!) the easy stair access to the lower hot tub platform featuring a 5/6 person hot tub with LED lighting and again, amazing views of the lake! There is a large dock with seating for your pleasure and also 2 private beaches on the property. Amenities of lakefront living will be provided free of charge, including: 2 (single person) Kayaks, life jackets and additional towels. This special home also has the option for renting a Brand new 8 Person Seadoo Switch Pontoon boat with over $20,000.00 of added accessories, such as, upgraded stereo, swim platform, Garmin fish finder/depth finder, water skiing/wake boarding pylon as well as the ability to tow a tube(provided) and other fun water sports. This Seadoo Switch pontoon boat shall be offered by a separate company through the with full bareboat charter insurance for qualified operators. The renter must show proof of valid Canadian Boating license. There is also the option to have the boat captained by the owner for a set number of hours during your stay. Contact host for more details/pricing on the boat rental option. Please note that the detached garage is not included in the rental and is used for storage. The main water source is the lake. Drinking water cooler is provided to all guests.
