A beautiful space with plenty of room for games and dining and food prep with its fully equipped kitchen. We have fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, and in the yard a propane Bar-B-Q grill with outdoor seating for 8 +. And ALSO a rare commodity: On-site parking for up to 8 cars.

This home has an abundance of natural light throughout, with three beautiful bedrooms on the 2nd level plus a lovely Sunroom for use as a 4th bedroom with its single day bed.
The huge master bedroom has a king bed plus a walk-in closet. The # 2 bedroom has a queen size bed with closets, and Bedroom # 3 has a full-sized bed with a single trundle bed underneath. There for a little one, there is a diaper changing table. All beds have new memory foam mattresses.

So many places to sleep:
Downstairs in the family room, the comfy couch opens into a full-sized bed, there are 2 high quality Sealy queen airbeds that are easy and fast to set up and take down with built-in pumps. Plus, two "bean bag" chairs/beds (see pictures) turn into full size floor mattresses. Put them wherever you want in the home.

The dining room and kitchen are built and furnished for large or small gatherings of friends and family. New stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, knives, plates, pans and platters, make food prep fun and easy. A large dining room table with 6 chairs can take even more seating if you pull 8 gaming chairs from the game table in the family room basement.
Wired-in smoke and CO2 detectors, new plumbing and wiring, updated heating and air-conditioning and accessible fire extinguishers ensure your comfort and safety.
