This brand new cozy and stylish villa offers an ideal setting for a dream vacation. Located in the peaceful area of Ornos, only a 5 min walking distance from the beach and a 5 min ride from the famous maintown of Mykonos, this property combines both tranquility for a relaxing vacation when needed as well as the availability to be in the 'heart' of the mykonian entertainment within a few minutes. This modern villa, part of a complex of 8 similar buildings surrounding a swimming pool and also have a private pool, offers privacy with its exterior secluded dining area, elegance and comfort and combines traditional mykonian architecture with the luxury of modern conveniences. Developed in two levels with a private parking, has a total of 105 sq.m. where the ground level hosts a living room, a small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom when the rest of bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the lower level.(LICENCE No. 1173K123K0917901)

We really enjoyed our stay, nice & quiet. Several restaurants nearby & ornos beach, great beach with sunbeds& restaurants. Had great kichen. Would recommend staying there. :)

Great stay with friends

Our villa itself was great, sharing a pool was not noted in original listing but worked out with no problems. Proximity to everything was great walked to beach, grocery store, pharmacy and cafe!

This villa was perfect! It was private and clean and close to so many things! I could walk to town for breakfast lunch or dinner or go to the beach in Ornos. Beautiful beach and restaurants in walking distance.It was nice that two of the bedrooms and bathrooms were downstairs The host is wonderful. Very helpful and answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. Also the property manager was so accessible and friendly.Couldn’t ask for a better stay

Excellent Mikonos experience! Super cozy!

This cozy three bedroom three bathroom villa was absolutely perfect for our family. We had four adults and one infant with plenty of room to spare. Prashad, the attendant for the property went above and beyond in many ways! The service was absolutely excellent!!! 10/10 recommend.!!!

So adorably spacious with short walk to beautiful beaches

Stelios has a wonderful and communicative host! Prashad, his groundskeeper was helpful and cleaned daily and saw to all our needs. The villa was perfectly located within walking distance to Ornos beach (7min walk) and a small walk to the end of the street to a bakery, grocery store, and three wonderful restaurants. The ATV ride to Mykonos town took 10-15mins. This was an ideal stay for larger groups or a small group looking to spread out. All the facilities worked properly and decorated beautifully. Will be requesting and staying again with Stelios and his lovely villa. And don’t forget the gorgeous patio, private wading pool, and larger community pool that were clean and the perfect temperature!

Fun condo

The owner arranged a van to pick our group up from the airport. Very short 8 minute drive to the airport. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small. Great outdoor patio and community poolArea. Walking distance to Ornos beach and several restaurants. Unfortunately, had to take a 50 euro Uber back and forth to the town of Mykonos, road was too dangerous to walk. We did eventually figure out the bus system.

Location is perfect. Property is a walking distance from beach, shops and restaurants and 10 minutes to old town. I would stay there again. It’s perfect. The reason for over all ratings of four stars is because we had some plumbing issues with one of the bathrooms and the WI-FI didn’t work. We were the last tenants for the season so things were catching up. We would definitely book in this house again. We loved it.

Friends in Mykonos

We stayed at the villa for 3 nights. It was a perfect size for six of us. Three bedrooms and three baths. The main bathroom is very small but works. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs but nice sizes and well air conditioned and comfortable. Our only problem was with our check in. Our villa was not ready union check in time and we had to wait on the patio for an hour and a half while it was being cleaned. But there was a large turnovers of villas that day. Just wish we could haven started our time there earlier. The cleaner was a very hard worker and did the best he could. The owner stopped by later that day to say hello. He was very responsive with any questions we had. Replied quickly. It is within close walking distance to a very nice and organized beach. Close to grocery and food! Pool was clean and we had our own little pool on our patio. A great place for our stay!

Short Stay

This was an interesting stay. Our ferry arrived late so we missed our transfer to house. They did come back w some complaining. Then driver tried to hook me up w ATV at 200 euro/day (got it at 50/day). The person checking us in made a big deal about thieves and locking up everything right. Bachelorette party next door started at 11pm and went all night. Walked to supper at To Apomro two blocks away. Food was good. Saw a fight between two patrons and staff over something on bill. Had to walk past mountains of garbage to go anywhere. Ornos beach was nice. Good restaurants. Would recommend Delos for archeological preserves! Would recommend getting local taxi (15 euro vs 10 euro/pp with property manager - Jo - she ended up telling me I owed another 60 euros when her contacts didn’t pick us up where they said they would after Delos trip at old port). Overall, beautiful house in an area that is minutes from beach that will get better as area develops further.

Thank you for your review but you must know that when you book a van, if you have delay you must send a message. It’s not obligation of the van to wait there for a long time. It’s a matter of politeness . Second, when you went to Delos you book a van again . You returned earlier and again you didn’t send a message . You took a taxi and never inform anyone. When the van came and call you you say that you don’t find it . If you didn’t find it why you didn’t call ?And you didn’t want to pay it . When you book something and you don’t be there without any message you have to pay it. If you want to be a right person. The rest is history...

Great Villa

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday staying at the villa, it had everything we needed. Close to shops and some great restaurants. Very close to Ornos beach. 2 miles from Mykonos town, walkable but not a great walk as no proper paths. Taxis are very expensive
