Walk To Coligny Beach and Celebration Park

This family friendly Villa is located at the heart of the Island, with only a 10 min walk to Coligny Beach, 5 min walk to Coligny Plaza with over 30 shops and restaurants and only a 3 min walk to the Low Country Celebration Park that has a huge Pirate ship playground for the little ones! Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys are included. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit overlooks the crystal clear blue pool! Also includes shared access to the neighboring Van Der Meer Tennis courts.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Sleeper sofa and half bath on main level.

We also have a separate lockable storage unit on the main level beside parking. You can store your beach supplies in there and are free to use anything we have available, such as bikes, umbrella, chairs, pool floats, etc.

One assigned parking space per Villa. Overflow parking nearby. Walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Also, very close to local free trolley stop that provides transportation to several locations around the island.

Coligny Beach Park -
Our Villa is a 10 min walk from Beach. It’s not just an access point to the beach, but a full beach park with outdoor showers, changing rooms, restrooms, and a variety of lounging options. Chairs and umbrella rentals available on the beach. Coligny also has swings and wooden chairs under shaded gazebos available to anyone who needs to rest their feet. Lifeguards on duty in season. And yes, Coligny even offers free Wifi. Beachgoers can use their phone or tablet to upload any special pictures they take with their friends or family.

Coligny Plaza -
Our Villa is a 5 min. walk. Located right next to Coligny Beach is Coligny Plaza. This shopping, dining and entertainment center is home to more than 60 shops and restaurants. Coming from a hot day in the water, Coligny Plaza is the go-to place for more exploration. Free parking is provided around the entire complex, or you can you use the free beach parking and walk across the street. Hilton Head’s bike paths lead directly to the beach as well as the plaza, and bike racks are located all around.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony.

**Excessive stains or damage to linens (comforters, sheets or towels) discovered after checkout will result in a fee being charged back to the guest. Black make-up towels are provided for your use.

Villa Towels are not to be used at the beach or the pool.
