This charming condo is located just one block from the beach, and was completely renovated in January 2024 from ceilings to floors and everything in between! Start each day with coffee and an ocean breeze from your fully enclosed balcony, then slip into your swimsuit and head for the sand. When it’s time to explore further afield, you’re within minutes of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, mini-golf, and Main Street, just six blocks away.

At home, you’ll find bright nautical decor, an open layout, and lots of space to gather with loved ones. Don your chef’s hat and step into the full, well-equipped kitchen to turn out mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your creations at the adjacent table.

After a day of relaxing at the complex pool or on the sand, cool off in the central air-conditioning while the in-home washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s laundry. Throw some steaks on the grill in the shared grilling area, or keep dinner even simpler with a visit to a local restaurant. Watch a bit of TV, use the free WiFi to scroll social media, or unplug entirely with a quiet night of conversation back out on the balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
