Our Stay

We loved our stay here! House was in a great location with plenty of space. Restaurants and things to do a short drive away. We loved the pool as well. It was just a short walk away.

Spring Break with family

We had an excellent stay. This was our second time staying here. Great space for us to be together. Excellent location to many things. Host was responsive and helpful during our stay.

Short Stay

Our group needed an overnight stay and this property was perfect for that. We enjoyed dinner at a nearby restaurant and then a quiet evening relaxing at the house. The patio was great. Quiet neighborhood that was perfect after a day of travel before getting back on the road.

The house is beautiful and nicely maintained. The bed and pillow’s were comfortable. The only thing I suggest is to change the shower liner in the master bedroom.will definitely be back tho !!!!

The stay was nice we didn’t spend much time in the rental but it was nice and clean. We will be back next year again for work .

Ideal house and location

We (family of 5 including handicapped Grandmother) stayed here for 5 days as we were attending a family wedding in Wilmington. It was clean, handicap accessible and had ample space for us all. During our stay Anthony was quick to respond to the couple of questions that came up. Thank you!

Quick trip to the beach

6 of us stayed comfortably here. The 4 bedrooms gave everyone space to be together, but have individual space as well. The open kitchen and living space was great to gather. Location was also great to be in a reasonable driving distance to where we wanted to go. Everything was in like new condition. Host was very quick to respond when needed. Would stay here again.

Very Nice

The house was beautiful, brand new and very clean. Check-in was super easy and communicating with the host was simple and easy. The neighborhood is a little out of the way, but in a brand new development with lots more being built around it.

Miner concerns

Ants on the counter in the kitchen. I think they maybe coming from behind the stove. Couldn’t leave anything on the counters. Outside blinds needed on the sliders garbage container was full when we arrived there. Master bedroom toilet is not sealed and very loose.

The host was extremely kind by letting us check in early. The home really lacked character. There were paint splotches throughout the house. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. You are not allowed to use the washer and dryer unless you pay a fee and are staying there for at least seven days. They do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or soap for the showers. The TV in the living room is so small you can barely see it from the couch. The Internet was so slow. We couldn’t watch a movie on Amazon prime because it kept freezing. Overall a blah experience. Except the host being very kind to allow us to check in early. We would not stay here again.

Hi Robert, that’s disappointing to hear. Although you are entitled to your opinion , none of these issues where brought up to us during you stay. No one has ever complained about any of these issues. As far as laundry, we price our selves beyond the competitors in the area and make everything extremely clear on our listing. If you would have communicated, we would have allowed you access to our washer and drier.. as past guest just simply ask us. We typically allow access with no fees… our listing also shows we do not provide shampoo and conditioner. Our home does get touched up between guest visits, and gets a total refresh every year.. I hope in the future, you may consider speaking taking the time to speak with a guest or even a business owner before writing a review. You took the time to ask permission to gain access to our property before check in, and we allowed with no fees etc. I would have appreciated you taking the time speaking to us on your opinion. This property is 4 beds, and 2 baths, with alot of open land. We love it because the whole development is tucked in, but still so close to everything! We call it "Off the beat-in path!"
