This was literally the best VRBO I've ever used... Fully stocked, They've thought of everything... Epic Location, Owner ready for snow removal immediately, Instant response for a minor lock error... (Probably my fault) Plenty of hot water, good bedding... If you need a negative to believe this is a real review, TVs in all bedrooms need to be the next update... Fantastic Trip!!! Thank you!!! Go Bills!!!

This property was perfect- walking distance to shops restaurants, beautiful park!The owner was happy to allow us to check in early . Beautifully decorated with historic touches but updated so everything was clean and new!Loved their attention to detail - from fee snacks , to 1/2 & 1/2 in the frig and a coffee cake!!!We will be back for sure

Second Visit, Great Again!

We planned our trip to Williamsville this summer around this home's availability because we loved it so much last year. It is clean and updated. The couches are super comfy and the kitchen is a dream - after a quick trip to Wegman's we were all set for delicious breakfasts. The host gives clear instructions and is very kind. We love the location largly due to the fact that it's a 5 minute walk to my parent's house, but it's also a short walk to ice cream, shops, restaurants and parks. We took the opportunity to visit the Canadian side of Niagara Falls this year. This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location.

Our Father’s Day weekend getaway

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing visit. The space was beautiful, well-stocked, and clearly maintained with care.What truly set this experience apart was the host. Communication was excellent throughout—quick, clear, and super helpful. She went above and beyond by allowing us a later checkout, which made our departure so much more relaxed and stress-free. It was such a kind and appreciated gesture.Niagara Falls is just a 20-25 min drive way, the Main Street for Williamsville is just a walks away where there’s a ton of restaurants and boutiques to see. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-hosted getaway!

Perfect spot in the heart of the village

Beautifully renovated farmhouse in easy walking distance of Glen and Island Park, Sweet Jenny’s and tons of bars and restaurants. The property owners thought of every detail in their well stocked kitchen. All new appliances and even a basket of snacks and toiletry supples! Usually VRBO’s are so stripped of every supply, but not this place- extra plush towels, garbage bags, boxes of tissues- we truly felt that we were staying in someone’s home, not just a rental. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens and extra blankets and pillows provided. Lovely back porch for hanging out as well. Note: no grill to use, but public grills are across the street at Island Park where there is also a great playground. This is a refurbished farmhouse with the original beautiful wood floors, but be aware that the staircase treads are narrow and the floorboards are very creaky, again, given the age of the home both should be expected. But if you have light sleepers or want to sneak in after hours- the floors will give you away! Loved everything about our stay and will call this home base the next time we are in town.

Excellent Experience

The home is absolutely beautiful and the host is excellent with communication. Little notes throughout the house helped and we were welcomed with treats and lovely welcome note on the kitchen counter. The house was very clean, the towels were high quality along with the bed linens. The best place I have stayed in a long time! I will definitely stay here again!

Family visit

This is one of the nicest rentals I have been in. It is super clean, well appointed and in a great location. Karen was amazing to work with and very responsive. There was a welcome treat, which was a very nice touch, and as I had read in another review.. the “Oops” basket filled with small things someone may have forgotten to pack was an incredible addition. I cannot say enough goods things about this prperty…. I HIGHLY recommend….

Great rental

The house was as advertised and Karen was very easy to work with. We had a great time and the location was excellent. You can walk to a lot of shops and restaurants. We will stay there again when in the area.

Awesome, multi-generational stay in this home!

Karen's home was absolutely perfect for our stay to attend a family wedding in Buffalo. There were five of us, and the option of putting my mom, who can't navigate lots of steps, in the first floor bedroom, was great. With the two and a half bathrooms and double sinks in two, no one was ever waiting for "their turn", even with all of us getting ready for the wedding and other events over the long weekend. The home had literally everything we needed, including some odds and ends that Karen keeps in her "Oops" box. She has thought of so many things for her guests. The bonus was visiting "Sweet Jenny's" for chocolates and ice cream, and seeing the Glen Falls Park, literally right down the road. My daughters enjoyed the shops in downtown Williamsville, as well. Karen's home and location come highly recommended from myself and my family.

Family Gathering

The home is beautiful & very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked, we were able to have family from the area join us for a meal & visiting. It was easy to walk to Glen Falls park and Sweet Jennie’s.

Just like home

This property is beautiful, has an amazing location, and is so comfortable. We never felt like guests; we felt like we were at home. The owners made us feel welcome and they were so responsive to the questions and requests we had. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay again.
