Lovely property, nice heated pool,great set up with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms only complaint we would have is the masterbeds were not the most comfortable and the ice .maker hardly worked but bought bags of ice which was no problem. Overall great house and area

Family Christmas

The property was great. Had all essentials we could need. Would have been better if we could have used the pool. It was ice water. The ocean was warmer than the pool so that was disappointing. That was all the kids wanted to do was swim. You can fit 3 kids in the bathtub to help them warm up from pool. Made a make shift hot tub.

Great centrally located, spacious house well situated for a Disney visit. House can easily fit 2 full families with kids or 3-4 couples. Good, quiet neihhbourhood Close to necessities and easy drive into parks & Disney Springs (25 mins). About 1 hour 30 mins from either coast but easy drive on Hwy 50. 45 min drive to Orlando Int'l Airport. Owners are responsive & didn't need property manager for anything. Would highly recommend booking this location.

Great, but items to fulfill house requirements.

We really enjoyed the layout of the house. Everything was very clean and easy to use. Things we would change: supply more than two trash bags, more dishwasher pods, and some liquid dish soap. We had to buy these and other supplies to be able to fulfill the requirements of the house rules left in the house book. Preferred to have more ceramic dishes since the plastic dishes were not able to go in the dishwasher. We would vacation at the house again though. These items were easy to take care of and not too expensive.

It was ok.

Didn’t have everything the listing said it did. Hardly had pots and pans. Beds sucked, the one master bed sunk when being laid in. Pool had a crack so we had to keep filling it up. Was told there would be someone coming for the pool once but yet we found someone came into the pool area twice. The book for people to write it had a very bad drawing with bad words so we had to rip that page out bc of having young kids and not wanting them to see that.

Comfortable home away from home

We had some trouble getting into the property when we arrived at 3AM but the owners were very responsive and helped us get into the house. Quiet neighborhood, the pool was clean and we had everything that we needed to cook and eat breakfasts.

Was about 25 minutes from Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom, but very easy route to and from. Grocery store was 5 minutes away. Everything was great for a family of 8!

Poorly stocked

The property is good, plenty of space for a big family. Poorly stocked. I mean not even coffee filters provided, they only left one trash bag, no salt, no pepper, not even extra toilet paper. Not enough pots and pans to cook for a big party. Plenty of plates tho. Every vrbo I’ve stayed before has some basic essential things, not this one!!! So come prepared.

Beautiful

Everything was great except there was no more tissue, no hand soap, no dish washing soap. If i would've known i would have brought it is all.. House was wonderful and kids loved the pool. Clean, spacious and everything!

Perfect Disney House

This house was perfect for my family! We had plenty of room! The heated pool was the main reason that I booked this house. The kids enjoyed the private pool!! The drive to Disney is about 30 minutes and Universal is slightly further. This house is worth the drive to and from the parks! We stayed for 9 days and we will definitely rent again when we come back to Disney!!!

Beautiful home but felt like it was cursed.

This house is absolutely beautiful. There were pleanty of rooms for our party of 10 to sleep comfortably. However, the first night of the stay my daughter and her husband who slept in one of the king size bedrooms said the bed felt " wiggly" the second night the bed frame broke and the mattresses cave in to the center of the bed causing my son in law to have to sleep on the couch. I immediately called the owners the next morning and was told it would be taken care of, but it took two days and my having to call again before the new frame was delivered and replaced causing my son in law to sleep uncomfortably on the sofa for two nights. The next night my daughter was getting ready to make coffee and a she stood at the kitchen counter the doors to the cabinet to her left came open and all of the dishes came falling out onto her arm and foot because the shelf broke. There were broken dishes all over the floor and counter and my little 2 year old grandchild was in the room. Thankfully the baby didn't get hurt. The dishes hit my daughter's foot causing a huge bruise and making it swollen for most of the next two days. The shelf never did get fixed but of course we cleaned the glass up. I was rather disappointed that no type of credit was offered for the bed breaking and the trauma to the baby. The only other thing I could say is to put instructions for the reliving in the home manuals that you made available. We were unable to use the tvs. While there.

Beautiful home

My family of 9 stayed in this home and we had more than enough room. The home was really beautiful. We had a little trouble getting in at first, but that's only because we got there before the property manager had time to set the code on the door. The owner was very polite and got everything taken care of right away. Our only downfall was the location for some of the parks. We visited Universal Studios, which ended up being about a 58 minute drive with traffic. We also went to Magic Kingdom and Epcot, which were about a 30 minute drive. Also, there were no TV's in the other three bedrooms, the only TV's were in the den and the two master suites. Our teenagers didn't mind though because they mainly were on their phones anyways lol. Overall, it was a very nice house and I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Weekend getaway

The location of the house was great. I had an issue with getting inside the house but the owner and property manager reached out within a reasonable time to fix the issue. The house was great but cell phone service in the area is horrible and the wifi was nonexistent. Being able to have family and friends over without all the hoa and limited parking issues is what would make me recommend the house to others. It was too cold to get in the pool but it was clean.

We are a Canadian couple with 3 children. We purchased this home not only as our own family getaway but also to provide other families the same opportunity. The home is large enough that we can also bring along the grandparents so we can all spend time together.

This location is conveniently located to many of the Orlando attractions, like Disney, Univeral, Sea World and approx. 60mins to Cape Canaveral and Cocoa beach. Also, plenty of great golfing in the area!
