Renovated in June 2022, the house features brand new bathrooms and Two Kitchens, with an open layout on the first floor, you'll have plenty of space to entertain and relax.

The main living area, kitchen, dining room, and four bedrooms, making it perfect for those who prefer not to use stairs. The colorful pillows adorning the large sectional couch in the living area immediately catch your eye, providing ample seating for the entire family.

TV's in the home offer options to stream Netflix, etc.

The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and all essential cooking amenities, including a microwave, full stove/oven, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. It's the ideal space for cooking homemade meals and enjoying time with family and friends.

- Guests under 21 must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Please no loud exterior noise past 10pm.
- Partying or unregistered guests will result in an immediate termination of the reservation
- We have a security system for your safety and ours, there are outdoor cameras facing the street and we have an alarm system which you will have access to upon reserving your stay.


FROM the Preston Township Zoning Law:
a) The property will be kept in a neat and orderly manner, including trash recycling areas.
b) There will be no outdoor events. All activities shall be orderly and considerate of neighboring properties.
c) Noise levels shall not exceed the State of Connecticut “Control of Noise” Regulations.
d) There will be no on-street parking but we have 6 parking space in our drive way


Parking Restrictions:

Maximum Vehicles Allowed: 4.
Front of House Parking: Up to 2 cars.
40 Parker St Back Garage Parking: Up to 2 cars.
