Whether you're in town for a big game, a camp, to visit your student, tour the University, or just to enjoy Clemson and the surrounding area, we'd love to welcome you to our 2 bed/2 bath, recently remodeled condo! We're located just north of Clemson University, an easy walk or quick drive away (1 mile to downtown, 1.3 miles to campus).

- Amenities include free parking, WiFi, pool access, in-unit washer/dryer, and courtyard. We are a corner unit located on the ground floor in our quiet community.

- Located in the quiet and safe Riverbank community, our condo is the perfect place for a family or small group of friends visiting the area who want to be near Clemson University & Downtown but away from the party scene.

- Enter to the clean and spacious living room featuring a large sectional sofa, 50-inch Roku Smart TV, and games & books for your group to enjoy.

- The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home, including: coffee & coffee pot, tea & tea kettle, wine glasses, pots/pans, mixing bowls, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, crockpot, Brita water filter, children's dishes, and more. The large walk-in pantry is perfect for storing any groceries you may have. The pantry and kitchen lights are dimmable and customizable.

- If you're staying for a while or have an unexpected spill, take advantage of our free in-unit washer & dryer located in the kitchen. We supply laundry soap, dryer sheets, and stain remover. If needed, there is also a paid laundry room located in the clubhouse.

- Bedroom 1 features a king bed with supportive memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, box fan, and spacious closet with built-in shelving. You'll have lots of natural light from the east-facing window, but the blackout curtains allow you to keep a dark room in the morning.

- Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed (both with brand new memory foam mattresses), ceiling fan, box fan, walk-in closet with dimmable light, and connecting full-sized bathroom. Enjoy a view of the quiet and calming courtyard from your room.

- An additional full-sized bathroom with a bathtub is located in the hallway.

- The front door opens to the courtyard, which has picnic tables and charcoal grills perfect for grilling out and playing yard games.

- On a hot day, enjoy a dip in the year-round community pool, located just steps from our building. (We provide pool towels for your use.)

- We are a ground-floor unit with no stairs inside. We’re happy to provide specific parking instructions for handicapped spaces and ramp access, please ask when booking!

- We provide toilet paper, paper towels, travel-sized shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods to get you started. If you need more, there are a number of nearby stores.

- Free parking with plenty of spaces.

- Please note: we are a non-smoking and pet-free unit.
