The second floor has four bedrooms full of natural light and two full baths. The primary room is Lake Erie facing, king bed, spacious for office work, Roku TV, closet and dresser space, including full bath. Other bedrooms include 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins. Patio includes gas grill and dining tables. Designated parking and EV charger included.

The town of Vermilion is located directly on Lake Erie and is award winning for its charm and active social calendar including Cleveland Ballet, chez Francois French restaurant, boating, fishing, annual Woolybear and winter Ice Festival, car shows, etc. From breakfast at the Pavilion, lunch at Woodstock, dinner at the Wine Vault and dessert at Grannie Joes, your food options are delightful. Shopping and site seeing will make one’s visit complete.
