The house is in terrible shape. The other review before me is spot on.The company and/or owner didn’t seem to care. I gave them feedback before I wrote this review to give them a chance to make things right. The only offer was to send someone to clean. Not to fix any of the other stuff. I declined due to having a dog at the house - no apology or offer to reduce or waive the fees due to the excessive number of issues. Issues:Door code didn’t work upon arrivalDirty kitchen towels (pic)Remnants of incense burned and ashes left on sink (pic)No hand soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen, no dish soap, no starter paper towels. I bought some at the store, (took a pic) and sent the receipt to ask for a whopping 11 reimbursement and didn’t hear a word Washcloths were stained (pic)Ac duct disgusting, no filters (pic)Shower had no screen on drain (just a hole) and something duct taped on wall (pic)Dryer wasn’t usable, washer all rusted out (pic)Most of the blinds are gross…yellowed, broken (pic)Trash was piled up on side of house like it hadn’t been taken out in a month (pic)I couldn’t get in the gate and security (the 2nd day) and couldn’t reach the owner so I was told to pull to the side and just wait.This shouldn’t even be in the rental inventory much less at this price. What a disaster.
