I don't know what you mean by the property has not been kept in good condition because nothing was left unclean apart from the refrigerator that the cleaning service forgot to remove another guest food that was left inside and she apologize to you which I did the same. You are free to cancel your reservation same day or next day if you feel you are not comfortable. You are not suppose stayed all through and come back with lack of cleaning. At least I had good conversation with you before she clean the refrigerator that day. I told you to walk around the house if there is any other things need to be done before the cleaning service get there and you said everything was perfect. Just the refrigerator. Now you are talking about something else here. I wish I can have the recording voice posted here for people to hear how you can tell lies. I have 6 towels at the house which is enough for guests. You only there for 3 days which I believe 6 towels should be enough for you. We put many towels there before and guests do take them when exit the house. Some will use them on inside shower floor and shower on top of them. We spent more money on those things to buy another one. I am sure you don't want to see host present you dirty towels. The house is very clean and maybe you are looking for 100% clean which you can never get that anywhere including hotels. if you see house clean between 95 to 100%, then nothing wrong with that. You talk about car parts, I guess you don't know what to say anymore and that is why you mention that. what does my big backyard has to do with inside of the house? 2 car parts (hood and fender) affected you? by the way those wasn't even visible to anyone except you walk around the whole backyard. I guess you need to stay in hotel next time so that you can only stay in a room with 4 guests. You dont expect us to provide you stuff that last guest who stay a week or two to guest who only stay for 1 to 3days. We did all this before and we used all the rent money to buy everything back to the house because the guests took advantage of everything they see surplus. The towels, pillows, laundry soaps, trash bags, bed sheet were missing in the house. bought laundry soaps worth $80 for guest to live just 2 days and empty the whole liquid soaps before exit. Next time if you go somewhere and you not comfortable, you are free to exit and receive your money back. Safety, communication, and cleanliness is my priority.
