Revel in the private saltwater pool and spa, savor late-night cocktails on the rooftop deck, and unwind with stunning views from balconies on every floor.

An inviting entryway opens to the first-floor living area of this 4-story retreat, with plush furniture, a 65” TV, and wet bar. Accommodations include a bunk room with 2 queen-over-queen beds and private bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms with king beds, one boasting deck access and a private bathroom. A Peloton in the laundry room with 2 washer and dryers provides convenience. An expansive, partially-covered patio boasts a private pool and sitting spa and outdoor kitchen.

Stairs, or the in-home elevator, lead up to the second floor and heart of this home. After a day on the water, gather with loved ones in the primary living area for an immersive movie night on the 65” TV with surround sound. A traditional dining table and breakfast bar, each seating 10, extends into the sleek white kitchen with 2 Wolf ovens for preparing large meals. Host an alfresco luncheon for 8 with the natural gas grill on the second-floor balcony. Rest easy in the 2 guest bedrooms, each with a king bed, private bathroom, and shared balcony.

Enjoy the third-floor living area with a 65” TV, table for 4, and wet bar. Accommodations include 2 guest bedrooms with king beds and a shared balcony, a family-friendly bedroom with a king bed and twin-over-twin bunk, and 2 full-over-full beds in the bunk room—all with private bathrooms. House is fantastic. Had 17 people from ages of 1 years to 60 and it accommodated everyone. Enough space to have your own private time. Negatives are the grill on kitchen level had burnout burners and the kitchen is sparsely stocked with utensils . Most houses I have stayed at for this kind of money are setup for. Chef level. Had some minor issues but your staff responded properly. Also the backside of the run down duplex was rather disheartening especially having walk by all there trash. Chairs that were suppose come with the house I am still wondering where they are at. Place that rented chairs in front of the house said they don’t rent to you or the place next door on beach. If it was all the way down to the public entrance you need to let people know . Other that wonderful place.

wow what an incredible property. We had 28. never felt crowded. Even when we invited another 6 over to watch the TN Vols when national Baseball title. Everything was well thought of in this house. All 4 floors are incredible. ice makers on all floors. pool was great. 4th floor was a great spot for our group to play guitar and sing. Just an incredible house. Beach was a bit crowded last week of June in this area is the only down side. Overal we would do it again.360/alaya was great to communicate with. Very responsive.

Positives, way more of these! This house is huge. We had 10 couples, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, impressive. - We loved that it had ice machines and a mini-fridge on every floor. - The location right on 30A and walking access to the beach without crossing a road is perfect and there is no need for a car. This value can't be understated, espeically with kids. - Plus, if you need to get around you have a golf cart and several bikes, which were all maintained well by the way. The kitchen is made for cooking, and that we did. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge. The pool was plenty big and very clean. - The property managers were extremely responsive via both phone and email as needed. They accommodate a few requests with ease, making it all go very smoothly. - STUNNING view from all balconysThe negatives: - There is very little soap/shampoo provided in each bathroom for four night stay, for two people. If we had the kids with us there is no way there would be enough shampoo. - The alarm to exit by the pool is very annoying. I'm certain this is a lawyer enforced protocol, but considering we had all adults I wish there was a way to not push a button every time you open the door, both direction. I get way, I hope it saves lives but it's annoying for adults. - We had issues with the elevator working, it just wouldn't open on the 3rd floor, even just to move luggage up and down, so that was annoying for a 4-story house with the luxury of an elevator.
