There was a lightning strike nearby on the day you checked in, so we had an electrician come out to check the hot tub. He fixed the hot tub but unfortunately left without turning the inside breaker back on, which is what caused the issues with the refrigerator and hot water. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with everything happening during a short stay. We’ve since checked the property and confirmed that everything is working properly. We’re sorry these issues affected your stay and appreciate you bringing them to our attention.

Thank you for your review. While I appreciate your feedback, I also want to address the condition in which the home was left. Our cleaners arrived to find trash throughout the home and feces left in the toilets, which was far from the standard we expect from guests. We strive to maintain a clean, welcoming space for all visitors, and this situation made it challenging to turn the home around for quickly. Regarding your concerns with the seating, table size, and leaves, we regret that these aspects impacted your stay. Although I worked hard to secure someone to address the leaves, they were ultimately unable to come. I tried my best to get someone out there. I picked up the phone each time when you all called and text. We do have a custom fire pit. The homeowner worked very hard on. I will address and get pictures up of the fire pit. We value your feedback and will use it to make necessary improvements for future guests. Thank you for your understanding.
