Welcome to 17376 Lively Lane – your perfect family getaway just outside of Sunriver! Nestled on a spacious 10-acre partially fenced lot, this charming home offers the perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and relaxation for making memories with loved ones.

As you enter the bright and welcoming great room, you'll instantly feel at home with modern furnishings and an open layout. The fully stocked chef's kitchen and dining area make family meals a joy, while the adjacent rec room and outdoor deck provide plenty of space for fun and togetherness.

The home features three cozy bedrooms: the spacious primary suite with a king bed and a private bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, and two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The rec room offers a day bed with a trundle, perfect for extra guests or kids’ sleepovers. Each room is outfitted with comfy Casper mattresses, soft bedding, and a thoughtful design that ensures restful nights after a day of adventures.

Step outside to enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities: soak in the private hot tub, challenge each other to a game of horseshoes or frisbee golf, or gather around the fire pit for stargazing and storytelling. The sunny deck is the perfect spot for grilling and enjoying the natural beauty of Central Oregon. With 10+ acres to explore, you'll have plenty of space to create lasting memories surrounded by the stunning wildlife that makes this area so unforgettable.

The home is equipped with streaming services on all TVs for cozy nights in, though no cable is provided. And don’t forget – your furry family members are welcome to join the fun (2 max, fees apply)!

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Perfect Bend retreat!

Lively Lane was the ideal summer retreat for our family of four. The beautifully decorated home is spacious, the kitchen equipped to make many meals, the bedrooms super comfy, and its location near Sunriver Resort and a very short drive to Bend made it a perfect starting point for all our outdoor activities and eating out. We can’t wait to go back and experience Bend in the winter.

Amazing house in the woods

This is an amazing house for relaxing in the woods with plenty of amenities. The house has everything you need. Sunriver and downtown Bend are a quick drive away, but we often enjoyed the outdoor space at the house. Our daughter and dog loved running around the fenced yard. Occasionally we'd see elk roaming the property. In the evenings we enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. It's also great for stargazing on a clear night. It's very quiet and peaceful so everyone slept well in the comfy beds. We will definitely be back!

Amazing home!

A beautiful home to base all your activities or host friends and family! It has everything you need down to the gourmet kitchen, super comfy beds and cozy fireplace, den/play space for kiddos, along with a private natural setting and tranquility found in the awesome hot tub. Also owned by a wonderful and accommodating host… Do not hestitate to book this rental, you’ll enjoy your vacation even if you don’t leave it…

the absolute best house in the world

this house is so spacious and clean! it's elegantly decorated yet super comfortable as well. 2 totally fenced yards, and an absolutely pristine hot tub. elk even came wandering up the driveway! this is our favorite house, and we look forward to many future visits.

Peaceful and Serene

I can't say enough good things about this property and our hostess. The property was beautiful and was a great place for our family to spend some much needed time together. More importantly our dogs loved that they had the ability to run and be free as the property was fenced. Our hostess was super kind and even had some new sheets delivered as they had discovered a small unremovable stain on one of the existing sheet sets. We loved it so much that we can't wait to stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!!

We would come back anytime! Location, location, location!

Family of 4 with two large dogs - everyone had all they needed; comfy beds, comfy furniture, hammocks to lounge in, hot tub to relax in, space to spread out. Almost everything in the home is brand new and fully stocked. The lot is huge and you feel secluded in your own forest. A herd of 30+ elk wandered by within 25 yards of the house! The dogs can roam freely in the fully-fenced backyard.

Perfect place

Jenny was so responsive and friendly. The house was amazing. We had a hard time leaving to do the things we planned because the place was so beautiful and private. We hope to return here for years to come.

Wonderful, peaceful stay

Had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The house is cozy: welcoming and peaceful, with a huge, fully fenced yard that our dogs and kids loved exploring. The kitchen is very well stocked, all of the dishes and pans in great condition. Air conditioning/heating were both greatly appreciated for the temperature changes in the high desert of Bend. Near all kinds of the local volcano sights, and only about 20-25 minutes from Bend itself, which felt manageable (and closer to Three Rivers which has a better store than the very local Country Store). We stayed a week and everyone wished we could have stayed longer with so much to do in the area. Great spot for families, comfortable beds for all. The rec room with TV and games (and ping pong in the garage) were all used daily. Bring bug spray for warm evenings relaxing out on the porch. We would stay here again in a second!
