Inspired by Theodore Roosevelt’s adventurous spirit, this room blends nature-infused calm with lively entertainment. Drift off on a queen memory-foam mattress, or enjoy the game area with foosball, Ms. PacMan/Galaga arcade, Giant Connect 4, and a chalkboard wall for creative fun.



● The Washington Suite: Full bed

A modern nod to the Blue Room at Mount Vernon, offering timeless elegance and cozy comfort with a full memory-foam bed and luxe bedding.



Each room includes ample closet space or a dresser for unpacking, plus premium linens, extra blankets, and white noise machines to ensure a peaceful, hotel-level night’s sleep.

There is free parking available for two cars at the rear of our home in the driveway, protected and monitored 24/7 by an exterior Ring Floodlight Cam. No car? No worries... You’re steps from metro access and walkable conveniences.



PLEASE NOTE ⚠️

Should accessibility or mobility need to be considered, stairs are required to access the Presidential Pad. This unit, located at the top of the building, requires several flights of stairs. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration when booking. We also recommend dropping off luggage in front of the home with one member of the group upon arrival, before parking around the back in the private driveway.

Guest Access:

You’ll enjoy full access to this private third unit, spanning the third and fourth (top) floors of this beautiful rowhome.. Both building and unit doors feature secure keyless entry - codes are changed after every stay for your peace of mind. There are two other apartments located in the building, and you may pass by other guests briefly as all units share a common front exterior door, small foyer, and interior stairs leading to the individual unit doors. This is a common theme to most rowhomes located within the District.
