Lovely private balcony (on the ground floor) and private large side patio off the master bedroom to take advantage of the location (our unit is the only one with the private patio in addition to the balcony). No stairs to climb. You are only 1 block to the beach, and two blocks to Oceanside harbor and three blocks to the Oceanside pier, all of which offer great restaurants, shopping, movies and other entertainment opportunities. Downtown Oceanside is also an easy walk with theaters, restaurants, brew pubs, fine dining and shopping!

The condo is located in the best area of Oceanside. The beaches are easily accessible and less crowded here, and the sand is nice and clean. The beach is wide in this location, and the surf is easy to walk into. The waves are easy to ride on with a boogie board, surfboard, or body surf. You can walk almost everywhere here, and because we are farthest north, the beaches are less crowded than right by the pier. The sunsets are amazing.
