Great location, clean, & Jeff is very responsive. The property provided more essentials (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, etc) than most rentals weā€™ve stayed along 30A. Only con, the lower level bed room was very small & the hall bunks made the area feel cramped. Was mentioned in the description but didnā€™t realize how small the area is.

We visited for fall break, and my teens brought a few friends. The house is beautifully decorated and felt very clean. We brought our dog as well and found the neighborhood perfect for walks. Everyone had space to spread out and never felt cramped. Itā€™s an easy walk (or tram ride) to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Jeff was also very responsive and I will definitely book here again!

Great location!

My family and I stayed here for a week and couldnā€™t be more pleased. Jeff was easy to contact and responded within seconds to any questions we had. The location is close to the shuttle stop, pool and within walking distance to restaurants or coffee shops nearby. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect location, welcoming host

We thoroughly enjoyed this home- it had beautiful decorating, all the amenities we could need, and plenty of space for our family of four. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. The house couldnā€™t be closer to the amazing Seacrest pool. Would definitely go back!

Awesome stay

Wonderful location. Very easy walk to Rosemary and the beach. Walked to get aƧaĆ­ bowls every morning. Perfect access to the pool at seacrest. Beautifully decorated. Perfect for our family. The owner was amazing and checked in on us often even though we didnā€™t need a thing!

Perfect home for our family!

This was a clean and perfectly located home for our family!! It is right by the massive pool that we enjoyed daily! It was a short walk and even shorter bike ride to everything downtown! Jeff was very helpful with any questions and gave us recommendations for everything we asked for! He was very responsive! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great property!

This property doesnā€™t miss a markā€¦quality linens, beds, dishes, and toilet paper. The little touches matter like having hand soap in the bathrooms, extra paper towel, dish soap, tide pods, trash bags, and all the beach accessories in the garage. I wouldnā€™t recommend with toddlers as the 3 levels of steps are a bit much, however, our crew did just fine. Overall itā€™s a beautiful place and could be great for 2 families.

Great property - Jeff was a fantastic host

We had one of our best family vacations. Our host was quick to take care of any small needs or questions. He took the time to recommend a good area to watch my beloved Boston Celtics playoff game. The property was clean and super accessible to the beach, pool and shops. Great experience and the 30a Rosemary beach area was amazing. We hope to be Back again. Kudos to you Jeff!

Perfect location

This unit is in a perfect location right between Rosemary and Alys, with an easy walk or bike ride to either one and just a short car ride to Watercolor and Seaside. It's right next to the pool and open grassy areas for kids to play, and despite being a duplex it was very quiet. It was equipped with everything we needed for a great beach stay. Jeff was extremely responsive to our questions and very helpful in guiding us as newcomers to the area to the right airport, bike rentals and more. We loved our week in 30A!

Beautiful place, fantastic location!

There is so much to do close by--if you are hesitant because it isn't on the beach don't be! The location has a neighborhood atmosphere and the complex amenities are helpful. It is a short walk to the beach across 30A. Places to eat, bike rentals, shopping, and the farmers market are all walking distance. This unit has grass next to it which is perfect for a pet. The only tiniest of negatives is that it could have additional seating in the living area, but we all would come back for sure; great vacation!

Wonderful property!!

This property is amazing. Home was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The host is easy to communicate with and responds to any questions immediately. The property is a perfect location, steps to the pool and short walk to the beach. Beach towels, chairs, etc are furnished making trips to the beach a great experience. The pool at Seacrest is beautiful and very well maintained. Great restaurants and coffee shops are all within walking distance. The home is well equipped and made our extended stay comfortable and enjoyable. You will not be disappointed with this property!!

Fantastic 30A Vacation

After Dune Escape was a great choice for our family vacation. The community, access to shops, food, and amenities were absolutey fantastic. The home is very well appointed with high end finishes and accompanied by all of the creature comforts your family needs to have a relaxing stay. The home has a garage which was great for the electric and other bikes that are a must have to explore the area. The community is very accomodating for sight seeing and commuting on pedestrian and bike trails. The pool is huge and literally outside the back door. The pool has multiple levels and areas for relaxing with drinks and food services. Our family had a great time and the host was very responsive to all requests and coordination throughout our booking and stay. Bottom line, highly recommended plan on staying again in the future!

Beautiful property and fantastic location

My teen daughters and I stayed for a few days over spring break. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Close to all the action, but far enough away where you feel like you have some privacy. Jeff (owner) is fantastic - responds immediately when texted. He also called a few days before our trip to offer his assistance, and provided some recommendations (saved us a lot of money for our bike rentals). There was some unexpected construction nearby that no-one could have planned for. Jeff did his best to make sure we had alternatives to the space that was not available at the time. This is why we put 4 stars for location, it would have been a definite 5 if no construction (which should wrap up in a few weeks).Highly recommend the house, it was a great experience, and great owner!

The Seacrest Beach Community
Established in 1996, Seacrest Beach has become a popular destination for those longing to experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, and spectacular breath-taking sunsets.

The familiar scent of suntan oil mixed with relaxing salt air travels on cool Gulf breezes here. Guests have been known to relax beside the Lagoon pool for hours in one of Seacrestā€™s cozy lounge chairs. Shaded by tall palms, itā€™s a popular spot for families to splash and play around a central fountain water feature. A snack bar offers cool beverages and refreshments for residents and guests.

Beach Service
The community is proud to have La Dolce Vita act as our ambassadors down at the beach. You can reserve beach chairs or setup a beach bonfire by visiting their on-line reservation portal or give them a call at 850.650.0289.

Lagoon/Amphitheater
Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. This 378,000-gallon pool is one of the largest private pools in the state of Florida, and is open year-round from 9am ā€“ 9:45pm for Seacrest residents and guests. At present, our amazing lagoon pool is heated only by the sun.

Tram Service
From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon. Simply walk out your front door go to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week.

Beach Access
Seacrest Beach enjoys a deeded beach access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram through the easement.

Walking Trails
Over 1.35 miles of shaded walking trails winding through the community.
