Welcome to our Luxury Mountain Lodge
Nestled in the heart of the North Georgia mountains, our stunning riverfront lodge offers an exclusive retreat where you can immerse yourself in nature’s splendor. We're delighted to share our slice of paradise with you. This is for the entire lower floor of our vacation home (not the upstairs). This space encompasses over 2,300 square feet of luxurious living space, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8 guests in utmost comfort. Guests aslo have access to the upper level deck with fireplace, TV dining table and rocking chairs. Owners will not be at the upstairs of house during your stay. Beautiful stone stairs allow you to walk right into the Toccoa River.

A Slice of Heaven on the Toccoa River
Built in 2020, our lodge sits gracefully along 75 feet of the serene lower Toccoa River, providing you with a front-row seat to the river’s tranquil beauty. Stone steps lead you right into the river for world class fishing or just wading about.
There are two riverine islands directly behind the home making it a very magical place in terms of beauty, privacy, and wildlife.


Elegant Accommodations
The lower floor features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a spacious Master king room with ensuite full bath, a second king room, and a charming bunk room both sharing an additional full bath— ideal for families or groups. Each bedroom is outfitted with plush bedding and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful retreat after a day of exploration.

Inviting Spaces for Gatherings
Unwind in the expansive great room, where friends and family can gather around the stacked stone gas fireplace or enjoy movies on two flat-screen TVs. The large bar offers ample seating for 8, perfect for sharing meals or enjoying a cocktail. Our kitchen is equipped with a sink, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, a Ninja Foodi XL Pro Air Oven, and a crockpot—everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Outdoor Oasis
Step outside to experience our outdoor amenities, including a hot tub and a firepit for cozy evenings under the stars after an action packed day of adventure. The covered patio, complete with ample seating and a Green Egg grill, is ideal for barbecuing and alfresco dining while soaking in the natural beauty surrounding you. The anglers in the group will enjoy fishing from the back steps or wading around the island. Others will enjoy a leisurely tube or kayak ride down the river. Guest aslo have access to the upper level deck with fireplace, TV dining table and rocking chairs.

Modern Conveniences
We’ve ensured your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible with private parking for three vehicles, an EV charging station, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Exclusive Use
For your peace of mind, the upper level of the lodge will always be vacant during your stay, as we only rent the lower level when we are away.

Parking is in the gravel area in front of the home--there is space for 3 cars.
