-> PETS: This property allows pets up to 2 dogs for a pet fee of $375 total. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking. If a pet is added after the time of booking, a payment request will be sent for the pet fee.
-> HOT TUB: A hot tub is available on the back deck that is cleaned and maintained routinely. Spa chemicals are available under the kitchen sink and we recommend adding 1 scoop daily following use. Ensure the cover is put back on and buckled when not in use.
-> INDOOR POOL: The indoor pool room is located on the lower level and requires an access code to enter. **Pool Room Access Code: 1357
-> TRASH INFO: Trash bins are located in a locking, bear-proof metal cage by the front driveway. Please be sure to bag all trash, place inside the bins in the metal cage, and keep this locked to avoid unwanted animals. Bins will be emptied after checkout. Should trash need to be emptied during your stay, a $50 house call for trash removal can be requested.

The Booking Guest must be at least 21 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with Great Escapes Homes. We use an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez, and will provide guests an OwnerRez Rental Agreement link to the rental agreement after booking.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 12 people for this property.
