The community has two entrances which are closed one from the other. When coming in from 8th St, East-bound, make a left into the neighborhood. A good reference to know where you are is the day care next to the entrance and a community dumpster. Unit #5 will be in the middle of the street. The unit has 2 parking spots marked with #5s on them.
● The neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am.
● We do not allow parties in the home.
● No smoking inside; you may use the back patio with the windows closed.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● Please pick up after your pets necessities.
● No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
● Do not lit up candles or other open flames.
● Please turn off AC, lights, and heater when you go out.
● Please separate waste in the dumpster by the community entrance.
● Visitors are allowed as long as they do not spend the night.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
