Tropical Oasis and Sanctuary. Beautiful, immaculate, large zen one bedroom suite with multiple comfy beds. Hotel styled suite with sofabed, convection oven, mini fridge, and mini freezer. Certified a wildlife habitat our garden view boasts of a relaxing tranquility for your morning cup of tea/coffee, a good book, or just to recoup from a day of shopping at Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall or a night out on the town sailing the intracoastal watching the sunset. Quiet, safe, and private you will enjoy all the self-contained amenities.
Outdoor dining is one of the most talked about luxury here so stop by the store and purchase your disposable eating and drinking utensils. We provide toilet paper, towels, linens, and cleaning supplies.
EARN $150 CREDIT:
We brag about our guests who keep our place running smoothly. Guests are required to provide a CLEANING FEE in addition to your nightly rate because this is a self-cleaning abode. Please be courteous and tidy to the next guests and wash your linens and towels, spread the beds, fold the towels, clean up after yourself leaving the space just as you found it or better. If as incoming guests, you must clean after a guest, empty their trash, and/or wash, we credit you the cleaning fee (MUST provide pictures and/or videos).
CLEANING FEE REFUNDED:
If you meet the above conditions (MUST provide pictures and/or videos), we refund your cleaning fee. Be kind and courtesy please! Helpful instructions are contained within the suite. Bienvenido!!!!

My daughter and I have lived and owned this home for 15+ years and always felt safe, secure, and carefree in our neighbourhood. She has migrated to the land of my heritage, and I was bit by the travel bug decades ago, contagious and in my blood to stay. My family calls my 'hotfoot' - just can't stay in one place so why not share this haven with YOU.
It is convenient, accessible, and family oriented. Families can be seen strolling, walking dogs, children walking to and from school, and clean air because it is truly a GREEN city and so is our oasis surroundings.
We support sustainable living by removing our garbage every night, supporting compose in our backyard, and loves nature. The breeze and sounds of nature at the condo is truly the feel of the tropics. Come stay with us!
