Cozy house with very comfortable beds! The sheets and comforters were great. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. Converted garage is very cool and was great for a family with kids. We had 10 people and no one felt cramped. Plenty of space! We recommend it!

We loved this place! It is spacious and beautifully decorated with seashore decor throughout.The living space was very comfortable and pleasant for conversation and game playing. There was plenty of space for three couples to have their own attractive bedrooms. Our 4 grandchildren 10 - 16 years loved hanging out in the large garage room which had fullsize bunk beds for each with steps leading to the top, a large cushy couch, big wall tv, air hockey, and foosball. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, food prep and cookware needed for creating great meals. I asked ahead of time about cake pans and received a quick response and suggestion to bring any specialty cake pans we might need. We were glad we did. The dog was happy to have a nice penned area. The views across Holmes Harbor of water and mountains were very good. Sunrise was beautiful! Freeland had stores for all or needs and great restaurant choices. It is close to many interesting attractions - Mutiny Bay beach, Langley, Meerkirk Gardens, Greenbank Farm to mention a few. It was a perfect in every way for our extended family gathering. Thank you Scott and Heather for your welcoming, for quick responses, for adjusting the checkin/ checkout times, and providing this wonderful place!

Well done rental with lots of charm and super comfy beds and furniture. Large enough that 6 of us did not feel crowded. Great Freeland location makes getting to all parts of the island easy. Would stay again for sure!

The layout of the common area is ideal for spending communal time.The beds are comfortable, as is all of the furniture. Plenty of space for people to spread out. Lovely location with beautiful views. Lovely place on a beautiful island

We stayed over a weekend for a business retreat. The neighborhood is lovely with terrific views of the bay. Deer walked through the yard, the hot-tub and fire-pit were big hits. The island itself has a lot to offer, and Deception Pass is not to be missed. Everything worked, the kitchen is kitted out, there’s a gas BBQ on the deck.We had a great time.
Waterfront is a short walk away
Deception Pass is beautiful and offers jet-boat tours
The property is surrounded by golf courses

We had a full house for a family reunion with 8 kids ranging from 5-12 staying in the house. We had a great time. The Spa & fire pit were the kids favorite part. We had a service dog with us as well. It was lovely to have a nice gated yard for the kids and dog to safely run around. There is also a very nice park just a few minutes away on the water. There is a mommy deer and her fawn who walked through the yard twice a day. (I'll try to attach a picture).

Wonderful Stay

This property was everything we wanted AND MORE! The hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodating. The house was perfect - up to date, tons of space, and the views were beautiful. The hot tub was icing on the cake. We would absolutely recommend this property and stay here again!

Retreat Weekend

We took a group of high school seniors for a retreat weekend. We watched a conference online. The group loved the TV space for the conference and then using the main living space for games and conversations. The hosts were great to work with, responsive and helped us get a valuable lost item back too. Highly recommend!!

Hosts flexible and great communicators

I booked this stay for visiting family at the very last minute. From the start Scott was extremely accommodating with our last minute request. He kept in communication to ensure we had all our questions answered. My family reported that the property was very nice and well maintained. Christmas on Whidbey

This beautiful home met and exceeded my expectations! It’s a beautifully remodeled home with amazing views. The neighborhood is quiet and we had daily visits from the family of deer that live in the area. The kitchen is well equipped with all that we needed and more! The beds/rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. I really appreciated that there were large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap. The kids had fun playing Air Hockey and going in the hot tub. Being there for Christmas we were really hoping for a Christmas Tree and there was one! A very pleasant surprise! Great place to make memories!

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed at the house to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday with most of the special women in her life. It was a night of showering her with affirmations, commitment, and love. We played games, did an art project and laughed really hard. The house absorbed us all well. The owners were very communicated r and cccomodatonf! We loved it and would rent it again!

We had a blast!!

We looooooved the property!! Had a blast roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, soaking in the hot tub, playing on Double Bluff beach and Mutiny Bay and walking around Langley. The property was a great location for our group of 12 and there was so much to do! We had 6 kids, ranging in age from 5-16 and the converted garage was perfect for them. We also loved having the grill and that the property was so dog friendly. Thank you again! We can’t wait to come back!

Super Nice Place

Home has been totally remodeled as part of a tv show. Great upstairs open concept with an outstanding kitchen and eating area. Bedrooms are downstairs so they remain cool in the summer. View of the water. TV is in the converted garage area with a huge couch for everyone to sit on. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this quiet property. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Check-in was super easy. The main living space was gorgeous, very clean and inviting. Lots of games and puzzles to choose from. The large outdoor deck facing the water was spectacular and our favorite place to be. Towels were clean and fresh. Peaceful location and water views were a highlight for sure!

Whidbey Getaway

This wonderful house accommodates 3 families , giving the kids their own space to hang out! It’s in a quiet area overlooking the water. The grocery store is just minutes away. Two fridges to put all of our meal prep. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated. Very clean and felt like home as we lounged in the living room playing games or chatting. Great house !!

Can't ask more

First of all, It was such a pleasant stay. We loved everthing about the house. It was beautiful house and well decorated. Scott, the owner of the property, was so easy to talk to, very kind and responsible. We had an issue with the hot tub and he came to the property next morning at 7am to fix the problem. It was still dark when he showed up and he even had to take a ferry to come. It was such a nice gesture from the owner and he sincerely tried make our stay as pleasant as possible. We fell well taken care of. The house had a plenty of amenities to entertain teenagers and we even saw a few deers in the back yard. Just one thing that i wannt point out is that the fece and back yard's work wasn't finished so be aware. Definitely, we would come back here for a family vacation. Again, i would like to say thank u to Scott
