The space
A modern twist to a beautiful, Smoky Mountain Cabin, you'll have it all. Close to all the fun in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, & Sevierville, an easy 14 minute, beautiful drive to your private cabin where you may never feel the need to leave! With plenty of space for everyone to spread out or come together depending on the moment. Your cabin is on 2.4 acres with lots of privacy, and the views, oh my, a little bit of valley and a lot of mountain. Kitchen & Dining: well-stocked with plenty of dishware, utensils, cookware and more. You will have a air fryer, blender, keurig coffee pot (w/ some pods to start), drip coffee pot & bean grinder (bring your favorite!), crock pot, tea kettle and more! The large, custom-made table has seating for 10 with an additional 4 comfy chairs at the kitchen bar. And don't worry about bringing a high chair, we have one available in the cabin.

Living room: Comfortable seating available for enjoying your favorite movie or reading a book while enjoying the beautiful gas and stone fireplace. Or choose a puzzle or game from the basket for a friendly competition. In the evenings, the pull-out couch is queen-sized to make it more comfortable.

Bedrooms: 4 king suites, each with a full, ensuite bathroom gives privacy and convenience to all. Enjoy comfy beds and sheets, with four pillows on each king and 2 on each twin for a wonderful night sleep after a fun-filled day. Catch up on the news in the morning or go to sleep to your favorite sitcom on the 58" tv. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap in each full bath, and hand soap in each of the 2 half baths. One bathroom on the main floor does have a tub, also. There are two bath towels and a wash cloth for each guest.

Game room: So much fun, it'll be hard to choose where to start. A "sand" shuffle-board table is a favorite of many in addition to the pool table and connect four game. Or enjoy one of 3,000 games on the 1-2 player arcade game console with 42" screen! Enjoy watching the game on the mounted 55" TV while you are hanging out with family and friends.

Head down to the lower level to enjoy your large, private theatre room with 70" screen and sign in to your favorite app and watch late in to the night. Be careful, though, the comfy couch might just make it difficult to stay awake to the end of the movie!

Right down the hall is your own private indoor pool with windows to the gorgeous outdoors. With pool & room temps about 3 degrees apart, around 85 degrees, this space is great for young and old alike. We ask that you don't change the temperature of the room. The platform at one end of the pool is great for little ones to safely play with the bubblers while the bench at the other end is great for visiting with each other while the kids are playing with the provided pool toys (availability varies). At the same time, some guests in your party can be just outside enjoying the hot tub on the deck with amazing mountain views. 6 Beach towels are included in your stay.

Outdoors you have 2 private decks overlooking the valley to the mountains beyond. Enjoy your lunch at the large table that seats 8 after grilling on the gas grill just outside the dining room. On the covered deck below, you'll find great rocking chairs to enjoy the view in addition to your private hot tub. We also have cushioned couches and chairs for the decks with tables to enjoy your favorite beverages and a charcuterie board.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house except the owner's closet where supplies are kept.
• The road up to the cabin is windy therefore we encourage guests to arrive before dark.
• There is ample parking for 4 vehicles. The driveway is blacktop.
• The road leading to the cabin is blacktop.
• The roads are a little STEEP at times. During normal weather you can drive up in 2-wheel drive. During adverse weather such as snow and ice we recommend using a 4-Wheel drive.
• We do not refund due to weather or driving conditions – we advise you to get trip insurance
Other things to note
•With the cabin being in the mountains you might lose cell service intermittently. We recommend printing/screen shooting check-in instructions and directions or setting up GPS on your phone ahead of time. We do have great wi-fi once you arrive.
•Since this cabin is in the woods, you will see bugs and bees. We do have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.
Other things to note
Pools require a lot of maintenance and if not watched closely and tested regularly, can quickly become unenjoyable & unusable. Therefore, every Tuesday and Friday, Mac, our pool maintenance technician, will be entering the pool room from the back deck & entering the pool pump room just off the pool room. He is very discreet and will be there Tuesdays and Fridays between 9 am-11 am(schedule will change only in an emergency). He normally will only need about 30-45 minutes to do the servicing. The hot tub is still usable during that time.

Game loft on the very top floor overlooking the living room let the kids play games while we watched football and cooked on Thanksgiving but we all still felt like we were together. The bedrooms are all really large and all have their own bathroom which is amazing. The lower level has a comfy theater area and an incredible heated swimming pool. The hot tub on the balcony was our favorite spot every night to enjoy a glass of wine and look out at the mountains. This house thought of everything. It’s between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so you can literally do everything from this home. Highly recommend! The drive up is a little crazy but that’s to be expected in TN! We’d book again!"
