Octavio is a great host. She checked on us to make we were ok even though we have stayed here before and kind of knew the layout while she was getting ready to take a flight herself. The house is great, clean, and basically a new home. Thanks Octavio

Extremely Nice!

Wonderful stay at Bella Casita! Came to see white sands national park, carls bad caverns etc. The house had everything we needed and more. Very clean and comfortable! Kitchen nicely stocked! TV’s in every room is nice touch. Would definitely stsy here again. Great communication with Octavio!

Spending time with our son and his family

Wow! As soon as I walked in. What a beautiful home, cozy not too big, perfect! The kitchen had it all, every gadget, small appliances too! Very impressed! Outside had a fire pit and patio set. Easy process getting to property, getting in and out a breeze. One of a kind properties! Can't wait to have another excuse to stay at this property. Thank YOU Octavio!

Explore Las Cruces

Octavia is a great host. The home is basically newly built and decorated beautifully. Had all the amenities you need for extended stay. It’s on the outskirts of town which made it very peaceful, but still within minutes of everything. Great Mountain View from back yard. We were able to get anywhere within 15-40 minutes. White Sands 45 min, Hatch 25 min, La Mesilla 20 min and check out the Farmers market downtown 15 min.

Mini family vacation

The house was so perfect for a short family stay. One of my children is autistic so I always worry the house we stay at will have too many decorations or breakable items. Those are not bad things at all, but for family's with small kids, especially kids with special needs, finding houses that are safe, is not always easy. This host has made this house feel like a home away from home with all the extra amenities and personal touches but also have a minimalist set up that was absolutely perfect. Plus the views from the backyard, the ease of navigating to and from the house, and the safe feel of the neighborhood we're all added bonuses.

Nice property - convenient to 70

Nice home. Enjoyed the snacks. Did not enjoy being required to purchase a 59 dollar insurance policy. Perhaps this will change in the future.

As you mention on the insurance policy, its something we require for the protection of the guest in case something gets broken or damaged during their stay. The most important thing is that you had a great time at the house!

Peace & Quiet in a New Home

This is a shiny new home with all the luxuries!! A large kitchen with a beautiful set of appliances!! A basket of snacks was also left and appreciated greatly. The TV is huge in the living area. And each of the 3 bedrooms have a smart TV in them. Along with such comforting beds, it's very inviting. Huge master bathroom with a bidet even!!! First time I've ever used one & highly recommend it!! We were even given an app to use the garage door and could park inside the garage first thing. How Welcoming that was. Many many perks to staying here. The backyard patio area is so serene and the mountain view is superb!!! Loved Everything About Our Too Short of a Stay Here.....Thank You!!!!

Amazing place and service

First I would like to say this home is amazing. It is new and beautiful. There were snacks for us that were very much appreciated. The attention to detail was second to none! Octavio notified me I left some cards that were found by the cleaning staff before I even realized I forgot them. There was $1000 in these cards and all of the money was returned to me. It would have been very easy to say they didn’t find anything and it would have been my fault for leaving it behind. The honesty and integrity of all involved is something I couldn’t be more grateful for. And that was on top of a super easy check in and check out and amazing home. I would absolutely recommend this home and this host and will be using them again in the near future.

The friendly neighbors create a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, its proximity to groceries stores, restaurants, and easy access to highway 70 and I-25 make it a convenient and comfortable place. NMSU and the main hospitals are 10 to 12 minutes away.

All the furniture and décor has been carefully selected from a local Rustic furniture store, adding a touch of character. On one side, wilderness beckons for hikes.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of amenities. Step outside, and you'll discover a lovely patio with green turf, a grill, dining table and Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying the stunning views of the Organ Mountains.
