Amazing Grace- 4 bedroom Family Friendly Home

This is a family friendly home. The Amazing Grace house is in Ocean Shores 4 miles south of downtown.Ā  On the inside there is plenty of room for the kids to run around and even offers some family movies, books and games to help keep everyone happy. Wi-Fi now available and 2 Flat Screen TV's. Dogs welcome with an additional fee.

Dogs are okay with an additional fee.
here is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent one of our properties.

Great stay near the beach

We had a great time at this house. Itā€™s about a block off the beach and made it easy to pop over with the kiddos. The hot tub on the porch was also wonderful. Very comfortable beds! Overall we had a great stay.

Roomy, comfortable house!

I was pleasantly surprised with this house - it actually is a lot bigger inside than it looks in the pictures. We had a group of 9 and it accommodated us all quite well, both bed-wise and in the common room. The house was very clean and I loved the higher ceilings and natural light throughout.

Comfortable home, good location

We had a great time; the weather was typical coastal October weather, stormy and wet! The Coastal Interpretive Center was amazing, very professional, and educational. Highly recommend visiting the Center.

Indoors was very nice, but yard was not suitable for camping

This is a nice house that is very clean and comes with some nice amenities! We really appreciated the available on-site laundry; the large yard with grill, firepit, picnic table and the kids really enjoyed the horseshoes; and we liked the hot tub! We would really have appreciated a heads up that the close beach was closed, there is a burn ban in effect and about the very painful nettles all around the property. The internet was spotty (we couldn't access it at all on day 1 but on and off on day 2). We also appreciated the clear instructions to check out with local restaurant information!

Upon arriving we immediately came upon stickers all over the property to where we always had to take off shoes outside the door and we could not spend any time outside or let the kids play. The kitchen was inadequately supplied with bowls and pots and pans unlike any other stay at their properties. The location was too close to many other rentals which led to zero privacy. I was very disappointed with our stay!

Family Getaway

The house was great. Clean, updated, spacious, and inviting. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was a huge hit, as well as the fire pit. Nice to be within walking distance of the beach with plenty of room for our dogs to venture out on.

5-Star Amazing Grace

This was a perfect spot for a girlfriend retreat. Clean and very comfy. A great location...near the ocean and not far from town. Peaceful and just perfect for our get-together. I will return.

It was a very nice stay at the beach. We all loved everything provided in the house. The only thing we needed to bring was the food. The covered hot tub was a hit, I liked sitting in it while it was pouring down rain and windy as all get out. All in all, a very fun memorable trip for all of us.

Great Location

Overall we loved our stay at your property. We had a great time. The one thing that was a little bit of a downer was the stickers in the grass. We had kids and a dog and had to pick them out of there feet and paws. Other than that it was great.

Property clean and comfortable. Location good. However, when we arrived there were at least 10-15 flys on the dining room window. HUGE flys. They continued to be in the house even after we disposed of the window ones. They were in all rooms. Very uncomfortable.

Great location, the house was roomy and very comfortable. It was clean and we loved our weekend. The only downfall was that I always read the amenities and it said they had a hair dryer so I didnā€™t bring mine. There was no hair dryer so I contacted the host immediately and was told they would get me one. I never got it so I had to go buy one. Doesnā€™t sound like a big deal but if you have hair like mine and have to blow dry it, itā€™s a big deal. All in all, the experience was great.

Grace House

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and the location was great. The house was great for our needs but was not the cleanest. Dust bunnies floating around, dirt and grit on the floor and hadn't been dusted well. Floor was not well cleaned. The porched is enclosed with plastic siding and was not in the pictures. It left no room for air flow while in the hot tub and was very stuffy.

New Years Celebration with Friends

This property is just as described. I give it 5 stars. There were 7 adults in our group and plenty of room to enjoy all it has to offer. The house is clean and well maintained. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. There are two full bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom but we had no issues with sharing bathrooms. I would say this house is perfect for a family with children over a group of adults only because the beds feel more like double than queen size. The hot tub is greatā€¦ clean and well maintained and fits 4 comfortably. It was relaxing to drink coffee and watch the deer walk around the neighborhood in the morning. Damon beach is only a short walk from the house so bring your camera for some awesome sunsets!

Cute Cozy Home

We arrived late and it was storming. The enclosed porch was a great touch. Hot tub was clean and warm. Kitchen, dining and living room are all in the main part as you walk in. The 2 bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. Only 1 bathtub/shower had a cover to stop from draining. Was not an issue for us. 1st room had a full bed. 2nd room had a queen. (Online it states a king). 3 Master also has a queen. (Online states king). This was not an issue but might be for some. We didnt use the yard as it was raining. Wifi is not the best. Again not an issue for us. Might be for some. They have dvd players and basic cable. Washer and dryer worked great. There is Keurig and some coffee pods. And creamer in the fridge. Will also note Damon Point and all beach access are closed. This is a cute cozy home that i would stay in again.

All appliances worked well, bed frame broke, but your response was quick and maintenance was quick and pleasant. Only negative comment would be update exterior picture. Possibly after a paint update. Interior was pleasant. Wish TV could have got Mariners game, or been Bluetooth so I could have cast phone to it. I do respect your decision to not have that available, just kind of in to series. Hope we left it in satisfactory shape. Thanks Mike Bergland
