Looking to work from home? Casa de Palms has fast internet, good lighting & in unit washer/dryer! You will have access to the entire studio unit during your stay. There is even a patio area complete with rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or tea.

You have your own walkway to the unit once you enter the coded entry gate. In an effort to keep a secure premises and respect the front home long term guests the home is equipped with several security cameras that all exist outdoors, there are no security cameras indoors at Casa de Palms.

No smoking allowed inside or on premises. Violators of this policy will be fined up to $1,000. Casa De Palms is located in a quiet family orientated neighborhood that is centrally located to UCR, Riverside Community Hospital and all local hospitals. This studio is newly constructed and located. in a very central location in Riverside. It's small but mighty! It has open layout and can accommodate up to 3 guests.

The home is furnished with a full kitchen including a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee station. In the kitchen you will find everything you need: pots, pans, plates and more!

The bed is a queen size with comfy bedding and dark window shades. Additionally there is a high end comfortable couch a smaller guest can sleep on or whoever loses the rock paper scissors battle--ha!

The living room features a comfortable leather couch and tv where you can stream and binge all of your favorite Netflix shows.
