We had a wonderful weekend stay at this cabin. It truly is well stocked with everything you would need and clearly has had a lot of thought put into the amenities.

Nice spaces for families to spread out. Grandkids loved playing on the lily pad! Nice to be walking distance from a restaurant. Beautiful sunsets every night!

Beautiful clean property on Upper South Long Lake. Convenient to Brainerd, shopping, and restaurants. House was fully equipped and had lots of fun lake toys for the kids. Ideal for a multi generation gathering! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property that’s truly great for all ages. The place really does include just about everything you could think of! Kids had a great time in the shallow lake with the included floatie toys. Beautiful views of the calm lake in the mornings and evenings from the tall cabin windows. Lots of space for our three-generation family visit and it was great having one table big enough for dinner that no one need be banned to a kid’s table.

Amazing place to stay

This was a very amazing and relaxing place to stay close to Brainerd. Communication with the owner was excellent. I look forward to when I can come back again. Highly recommend staying here.

Get together with friends

We were so happy with the house! It was perfect for our golf trip and had plenty of areas for 10 people to sleep. Everyone loved the house.

Girls weekend

We had a lovely stay at the leisure lodge. The beds were comfortable, open concept living space offered lots of comfortable and cozy places to hang out. Beautiful view of the frozen lake from the living room.

Beautiful

Leisure Lodge is absolutely beautiful & has all the amenities a person could think of. Our 2 granddauggters 2yrs old & 8mos loved the little nook made under the steps with toys.

Lovely fall weekend getaway

What a great way to spend a beautiful fall weekend! Beautiful location on a quiet lake with great views! The house was stocked with the little things that make a stay easier; coffee, coloring books for kids, outdoor games, fire wood, etc. The hosts were incredibly communicative and gave us all the information we needed for a great stay! Highly recommend!

Family vacation

We loved our stay at Leisure Lodge! 3 families with young children and grandparents were all able to stay under one roof. Tons of amenities and acticities for kids. Host was very quick to respond to messages and sent out lots of ideas for things to do around the area. We had chilly weather while we were there so took advantage of Paul Bunyan Land only 10 minutes away. Also

We had the privilege of celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary at this beautiful cabin, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The peaceful and serene location provided the ideal backdrop for such a special occasion. The cabin itself was so comfortable, with cozy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a hot tub that made the evenings even more relaxing. There was plenty of space for family gatherings, with a foosball table and other games to entertain all ages. The lake was crystal clear and calm making it perfect for outdoor activities. We spent quality time fishing off the dock and enjoyed the complimentary kayaks, floaties and paddleboat. Watching the stunning sunsets and listening to the loons while cooking meals over the fire were also a highlight. The firewood provided by the hosts was so convenient. Every evening felt magical. The hosts were incredibly responsive, offering great local restaurant recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean, well-maintained, and very dog-friendly, which was a huge bonus. It’s a fantastic spot for family getaways, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a milestone!We HIGHLY recommend this for anyone looking for a perfect lake getaway!

Family Vacation

We stayed here with our adult children and their partners, 2 dogs and a 1yr. old., making full use of all the bedrooms. We never felt on top of each other. We spent most of our time on the open main level with kitchen, dining, and living room. The lower level would be great for kids to have their own play space. Although we planned on doing some activities in Brianard, we never did because we were enjoying ourselves so much at the Leisure Lodge! We enjoyed having Paridise Bar and Grill within walking distance, and did Bingo night there. We also really enjoyed the lake with the provided kayaks and floaties. We brought kitchen stuff, which was unnecessary because the kitchen was well stocked with quality cookwear and every thing you could need (ex. cheese grater, muffin tins). I appreciated all the info the owners sent prior, and the little touches to make our visit more comfortable. Thanks for a good time and good memories, Katie and Hunter. Amy

This was our 2nd stay at Leisure Lodge with our family of 8 and a baby and it did not disappoint! It is such a beautiful lake home on a quiet lake, and with all the amenities provided, it just feels like home! Everything is clean, well furnished and stocked with whatever you may need. Beds are comfy and many things are provided to help you spend your time; books, games, toys, lake equipment, kayaks, paddleboat, hot tub and a great deck view! Katie left pancake mix and syrup and a well stocked coffee bar for us! So thoughtful and welcoming! Brainerd is a great area to shop and explore. Loco Espresso is an amazing coffee shop that we visit often and highly recommend. Katie has earned her superhost title! Her correspondence ahead of time helped us prepare so well and answered all the questions we may have had. She is very responsive and accommodating. We would love to visit again!!
