The Neighborhood:

Tucked along the scenic shores of Seneca Lake, this peaceful lakeside neighborhood offers stunning views and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. While a few nearby homes are vacation rentals, most are quietly enjoyed by locals—making it the perfect setting for a serene getaway with space to slow down and soak it all in.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.



Other Things to Note:

➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.

➡️ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the house.

➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement before check-in.

➡️ Fire Pit Use – The fire pit is for guest use at their own risk.

➡️ Quiet Neighborhood – Neighbors live here year-round. The town enforces quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful at all times.

➡️ Seasonal Boat Rental – A pontoon boat is available on-site for daily or weekly rentals through Arctides Rental Company.

➡️ Personal Boats Not Allowed – Guests may not dock personal boats at the property.

➡️ Seasonal Amenities – Some outdoor features may be weather-dependent or vary by time of year.
