This property is located across from the Beach with a large balcony overlooking the Gulf Coast.

Pompano Joes Beachside Restaurant is also within walking distance across the street a local favorite with a beach bar, great food, live music, and volleyball.

The lovely foyer leads you to the Living area with those wonderful views of the water, inviting you out to the super-sized porch (again those views!) with dining table chairs, Adirondack chairs, and comfy seating. Hang out and watch the activity along the beach road.  The living room has a sofa, 65” smart TV, 2 stationary chairs, and 2 reclining chairs.  There is a desk at the window overlooking the water.  The kitchen is fully equipped for those awesome family meals. A spacious breakfast bar with 8 stools with an additional dinette that seats 4.

The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer and a beverage cooler.

The primary Bedroom has access to the balcony and yes, those beautiful water views! This master has a King bed, 2 nightstands, a chest, lamps, a smart TV, and a power recliner. The private Master bath boasts 2 vanities with Granite tops and a tiled shower.

The elevator exits right by our front door.  There are only 4 units in our building, and we are on the top floor (3). This is a low-rise community.
We have a garage for parking and beach gear, a rolling wagon, and a stroller.  There is a wide jog-bike path that runs all along the Scenic Gulf Drive for long walks, bike rides, jogging, etc.  There is an additional daytime open parking space.

Student groups under the age of 25 and chaperoned groups are not allowed.  Max occupancy is 8 total guests.

Guest Bedroom 3 - Two custom bunks, one twin over twin and one twin over full. 2 nightstands, Chest, and 50” smart TV. Private en suite bath with a tub-shower combo and vanity.

Parking for 2 max - One vehicle in the Garage & 2nd vehicle in the outside parking lot. A parking pass is needed. A golf cart counts as a vehicle parking spot.

There is so much to do here.  Right there at the beach is a man-made snorkel reef!  We have world-class fishing so rent a boat or book a fishing charter.  Tons of water sports including windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boards, jet ski, boating……. Check out Crab Island, the most fun to do in our area.  We have shopping, dining, golf, tennis, kid's stuff to do, and nightlife.  Live music!!

We have beach items, chairs, toys, gear, etc. that previous guests have left to reduce waste keeping our beaches beautiful. This also helps you to save more and bring joy to the next family!

We partner with Destin Elite Carts for golf cart services and offer our guests discounts.

Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
