This place was awesome!! A peaceful and inviting space that was so nice to come home to after our busy days. The hot tub was a great way to start the day or end it after a day of hiking. The furnishings were very comfortable and cozy! We felt like we were at our home away from home! Xuan was an excellent host and answered all of our questions or concerns promptly!The property is very close to any shopping you may need, but far enough to have the peace and quiet of a country home! This was our 4th VRBO stay in the Poulsbo/Silverdale area. We all agreed that this one is our favorite. Itā€™s very well stocked, clean, and kid friendly. Having only one floor is much easier with little ones (and letā€™s face it, our knees!). We also appreciated the 11:00 checkout time. Trying to get out the door by 10:00 with a 2 year old and a 9 month old is tough. The hot tub and play structure were such a bonus! We are looking forward to our next stay.

Nice hideaway

The house has been updated nicely and is surprisingly spacious inside. The master bedroom is wide and the hot tub is very nice! It is close to downtown Silverdale while also feeling hidden away. It is close to the Navy base, so youā€™ll hear colors play, but not too loud.

Silverdale rental near Bangor base

The rental was very comfortable, convenient to both Silverdale and Paulson. Plenty of space with three nice bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

We came out to Silverdale to visit family over the holiday. The property was very well-maintained and easy to access. It was perfect for what we needed. We plan to stay there again if we visit the area.

So comfy and clean!

Our family of four adults and two preschoolers found the perfect spot here. We enjoyed the hot tub, games, playground, and all around comfort. Lots of extra touches, like a wide selection of coffees, extra toothbrushes, robes and slippers. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Bremerton!

Overall very satisfied with this property and the host! Communication was great, fast responses. Love the layout, hot tub, decor, everything! I think the only complaint I have is spiders. We did experience have to get rid of 3 spiders each the size of a quarter or larger.

Great family stay!

The spacious house had it all! The owners made sure we were comfortable the entire time. The yard is amazing. We werenā€™t able to go into the hot tub much because it wasnā€™t chemically balanced at the time but everything else was wonderful.

Comfy house, great location

We were visiting our son and family, who live in the area. Centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood, short drives to Poulsbo and Gig Harbor, and not far from Bainbridge Island. Slightly more than an hour to Sea-Tac (traffic permitting). The house was exceptionally clean, and the owner was super responsive in all our communications. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Weekend

The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked as described in listing. The decor was inviting and relaxing. Lotā€™s of coffee!! The host had great communication which is essential. We were in town for our sonā€™s wedding. Cozy Haven was a perfect fit for our family. The home was easy to find and located close to Kitsap State Park where the wedding ceremony was held and also close to Poulsbo and the Viking Festival. I would highly recommend Cozy Haven to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay.

Xuan was the perfect host! From the time I reserved the house until check-out, I had no complaints. Xuan checked in everyday while we were there to see if there were any issues or if we needed anything. The house was just as described in the listing inside and out, it was clean, rodent free, and full of amenities like dishes, towels, ROBES, cook ware and seasonings, there was even water in the refrigerator! He ensured the hot tub was on and even had the temperature adjusted prior to our arrival because the area started to get chilly and we were coming from the hot south weather. Overall the entire stay was AH-MAZING and we intend to reserve Xuan's place each time we visit Silverdale. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you Xuan!!

Poor communication

The owner asked why we were traveling to WA as soon as we booked when she realized why we were coming she didnā€™t bother to tell us that we were staying 1.5 hours away from where we needed to be. We had to request the check in instructions instead of getting them automatically the morning of like we are supposed to. Then she had a bed delivered that she told us about the day of and when we asked if it could be done another day since we were not told in advance she changed the story. The doors to the rooms in are all needing maintenance and the curtain in one of the bedrooms is falling off the wall. The beds however were very comfortable, and the house was pretty. It was equipped with what we needed if we had been coming for vacation it would have been a great place for us but as this was for a work conference this was not ideal for us.
