Please note: There is no lifeguard. Swimming and boating are at your own risk. The dock and atrium areas are shared with one other unit, but each units remain completely private from each other.

This rental features two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a connecting bathroom. The living room offers a convertible queen-size sofa. Entertainment includes Smart TVs in both the living room and the master bedroom. High-speed internet is available throughout the villa. The full kitchen is equipped with a blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and tableware, and there are full laundry facilities for your convenience. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the property also includes a whole-house generator for peace of mind.

For outdoor enjoyment, you can tie up your boat to the dock (boating is at your own risk). The boat launch is less than a mile away, and boat rentals are also available nearby. Snowmobile enthusiasts will appreciate the trail 5 access directly across the street. Outdoor amenities include lounge chairs on the dock, a gas grill, an outdoor dining table and chairs, and a fire-pit for cozy evenings by the water.

This villa is ideal for one or two couples and families with children. Please note, no pets or smoking are allowed.
