This is not an apartment; it's a standalone house with its entrance directly accessible from the street. ✭To comply with legal requirements, we kindly ask that you provide your passport information before your check-in date for registration purposes. Please note that in accordance with the relevant articles of Identity Reporting Law No. 1774, we are obligated to notify law enforcement regarding accommodation activities.

✭ We don't provide shampoo and shower gel as everyone has different hair and skin type and preferences.

✭ Since our house is three stories tall, access between floors is provided by stairs; there is no elevator in our home.

✭Nearby construction may occasionally cause noise disturbances. We aim to ensure a peaceful stay for our guests. Thank you for your understanding.


HOUSE RULES

☞ No smoking inside! We apply a penalty fee for smoking.
(You can smoke outside)

☞ Strict NO PARTY policy!

☞ Quiet hours after 11:00 pm evening until 9:00 am in the morning.

☞ Only registered visitors are allowed. No extra visitors are allowed!

☞ No shoes inside.

☞ Pets are allowed with an additional fee.

☞ Please register your pet while booking. Otherwise, your pet won't be accepted at check-in.
