(If you've ever stayed in a condo with people above you, you know exactly what I'm talking about!) Beautifully decorated, very spacious - not your typical long/narrow condo unit!

Enjoy relaxing in the sunroom, while overlooking the wooded backyard and golf course. This quiet unit is located away from the hustle bustle of the resort’s Clubhouse amenities, yet two blocks away when you’re ready for action. Enjoy all resort amenities such as year-round indoor pool and hot tub. Pickleball, fitness center, and more at no additional charge - and awesome outdoor pools all summer!

This condo sleeps six. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is fully equipped with plenty of amenities for your convenience. This includes a primary suite with a huge private bathroom, amazingly comfortable king-sized bed for a relaxing night’s sleep (or afternoon nap), with a “work staycation” set-up, as well as sunroom entrance. The second bedroom also has an amazing king-sized bed, as well. Both bedrooms have SMART TVs and large closets. The living room has a brand new sleeper sofa to accommodate two more guests.

You’ll love eating a meal or relaxing with a good book while sitting in the sunroom, overlooking the beautiful and quiet wooded tree and golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal - or simply unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee. Kitchen has a smaller dining area as well as an additional family dining room table in the dining room area. We spared no expense with all brand new beautiful furnishings, in-house laundry, three SMART TV's, a DVD player, and free high-speed internet.

The prestigious Pointe Royale Golf Resort is in an excellent location near all the popular Branson activities - countless shows, Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, hiking, biking, shopping, and numerous outstanding restaurants. (Most are only ten minutes away.) Yet, Pointe Royale Resort is tucked away (through a private gated community) to enjoy peace and quiet when you need a break from the busy-ness of life.

At the clubhouse, there are meeting room facilities, a great on-site restaurant, tennis courts, pickleball courts, championship golf course, as well as a nearby playground for the kids and outdoor walking trails. Or - bring your fishing poles and go trout fishing at the award-winning Lake Taneycomo – right in the resort!

I’m sure you’re aware of all the fantastic Branson entertainment, but there’s more! Literally, within minutes of the resort, you can also rent a boat at Table Rock Lake, explore the views via zip lines, kayaks, canoes, bike riding, or horseback riding. Be sure to visit Dogwood Canyon (our favorite lunch restaurant by the waterfall) or enjoy the amazing sunset ceremony during dinner at Top of the Rock (our favorite dinner restaurant). You can hike numerous trails, play miniature golf, visit museums, parks, shop for antiques or the latest fashions, or enjoy the spectacular fountain show while shopping/eating at nearby Branson Landing. Your pick!
