This is a lovely 2nd floor 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit inside the Marina Pinacate Resort. The Marina Pinacate is located close to the very popular and beautiful Sandy Beach. This resort is so wonderful because on one side you have an oceanfront property and on the other side you are able to walk across the street to many restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities. In addition to the close proximity to services you also have a beautiful swimming pool, tiled sunbathing deck, and a lovely common area BBQ. The BBQ area is perfect for grilling up your purchases from the fish market. This unit is poolside so you are just one floor away from taking a refreshing swim. The living room of this unit has been furnished with a plush tan colored sofa and matching chair. There are matching ends tables, coffee tables, and an entertainment unit.
