Looking for a perfect get away? Here it is. I love my home and hope you will too! I love to travel and wanted to provide all the comforts of home for my guests. Just bring your clothes, and you will be at home. I try to provide everything any traveler could need. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bath soap, shampoo and all linens. You can sit by the fire in the evening and enjoy your favorite movies. Relax and cook in the fully equipped kitchen with new top of the line appliances. The condo is located in the heart of Cedar City, close to shopping, the best restaurants in town are only across the street. The Aquatic Center is only 1 mile away and seeing the beautiful National Parks is unforgettable. Ski Brian Head only 30 minutes up the road.

The snow is beautiful, get yours skis ready. Ski Brian Head and Eagle Point from November through April. You can play on the mountains and stay where the altitude will not bother you. Enjoy family reunions, Christmas, play in the snow, ski, or go tubing down the longest tubing run in Utah (in Beaver). Plenty of fun to be had here!

Visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, all within easy driving distance. There are too many lakes and hiking trails to mention, my favorite is 15 minutes away in Kolob Canyon, Taylor's Creek.

Detox and Rejuvenate in nature! Spring, Summer and Winter and Fall fun... There is world class hiking in Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the Cedar Breaks area. Enjoy one of many mountain lakes and hiking trails within a 20 to 40 minute drive.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation. We love coming to Cedar City annually for the Shakespeare Festival as well as it’s accessible to so many national parks. Really enjoyed staying here

The condo and furnishings are beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. The backyard patio was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or cup of coffee with friends. Stairs required to enter front door and more stairs required to descend to 1st floor or ascend to main floor. This condo felt like a real home and was a very short drive to downtown, great restaurants and to the college for the Shakespeare festival. Thank you for a great stay.

Loved this place!

We loved this tiny little condo! Although very close to condos on either side with squishy parking, we never heard our neighbors. There are two bedrooms including the master bedroom upstairs with the kitchen, living room, dining room and a bathroom. Downstairs is another family room, bedroom and bathroom. We gave our daughter and her husband the upstairs master, and my husband and I enjoyed spreading our stuff around the lower floor. We were there for some plays at the Shakespeare festival, and it took only about 10 minutes to drive there. We also drove the 20 minutes to Kolob canyon. We appreciated the great air conditioning, cleanliness, and fantastic host. We would stay there again!

Wonderful Place

The location worked well. My daughter was at gymnastics camp at SUU so it was extremely convenient (about 4 min to where we headed). It was also walking distance to restaurants. The host was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions. The neighbors were very respectful. The patio & balcony were both nice places to hang. Only tidbit that would have been helpful before arriving is that there are 4-5 steps leading up to the entry door & upon entering the condo, there were immediately 5-6 steps to reach the main level (kitchen, FP sitting room & 2 beds/1ba) and 5-6 to head down to the lower level (comfy sitting/reading area, access to patio, bed/1bath) My mother is 83 so that was a little bit of a surprise, but she was a trooper.AC is auto set, so if you have temperature issues be prepared for an average temp of 72-74 during the summer. (I’m always hot, so I was a bit warm, but grandma was perfect) We’d definitely stay here again if we come back next year.

Base camp for National Parks

We stayed here while visiting the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce and Capitol Reef NP's. Easy access to I-15, groceries and restaurants. Condo was well furnished and in a good neighborhood. The temps for the condo and fridge stayed slightly warmer than I'd prefer, but not bad. I'd stay again if in the area.

Lovely and so comfortable - great location

We had a wonderful stay at this location in mid April. It was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was easeful and well furnished (we really like to cook!) Perhaps our timing was off to use the communal hot tub, as when we went to look for it, it had clearly not been serviced for use all winter and was not useable. Other than that, we could walk to the Aquatic Center, which was fun for the kids, and Cedar City, and the nearby natural parks and attractions are world-class!

Nice Property

This is a nice property. Good location with stores and restaurants nearby. We didn't hear any noise from the neighbors, which is very important to my family. The refrigerator could have been cleaner, but the rest of the unit was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

Great property!

Our family’s first ski trip to Brian Head and we are so glad we stayed at this lovely, well-appointed guest house. The lower level made it extra easy to give the kids their own space. Very comfortable and easy rental process.

We enjoyed our stay! This cozy property felt more like home. The place was spotless and the kitchen is well stocked. We loved the fireplace and the owner even put a little Christmas tree with twinkle lights for us.

Growing up in a cozy and welcoming town, I'd been yearning for a break from the hustle of LA for quite some time. Then in 2004, I stumbled upon Cedar City and decided to make it my own by buying a condo. I put in a lot of effort to make it a haven of tranquility and comfort, while also ensuring it exudes beauty and charm. I believe I've succeeded remarkably! I've cherished this spot and have consistently spruced it up over the past few years. Anyone who's had the pleasure of staying there always raves about its 'serene' vibe.

Now, let's talk about the condo complex – it's like a cozy little family. We're talking just 8 condos and a bunch of charming homes all in the same gang. It's a close-knit community where folks are as friendly as can be. Seriously, even if they haven't officially met you, you're getting waves and hellos from all directions. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel at home, and that warm, welcoming vibe wraps around you like a cozy blanket. So, whether you're living here or just dropping by for a visit, get ready for some seriously good vibes! 🏡👋

Gaze upon lush green pastures at a lofty 5800 feet elevation, while the striking red mountains and breathtaking rock formations work their magic on your soul. I have decorated it with my favorite finds from around the globe, from the South American jungles of Venezuela to Greece and China. My home promises you the lavishness of a four-star resort combined with the comforting familiarity of home. It has been newly remodeled for comfort and beauty. The kitchen, although small, is well equipped with top of the line full size appliances. Plenty of room to cook your favorite family dinners.
