This is one of the most popular locations off Rt. 192 and Formosa Gardens, close to Rt. 4. Minutes to all stores, restaurants/supermarkets, mini golf, golf, old town with rides, Margaritaville Resort for entertainment and more. View map
This three bedroom, two bath, ground floor condo is near Disney World in the beautiful Windsor Palms gated community. Just minutes from the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, Wet N' Wild, Water Parks, fabulous golf courses, and more! There's no need to carry your luggage and groceries up the stairs to this spacious, ground floor condo which sleeps up to eight people. And it's conveniently located just a few steps from the pool and recreation area.
Windsor Palms Resort's clubhouse & recreation center provide plenty of entertainment & activity, There is an Olympic size pool, hot-tub, sand volleyball, lighted tennis court, a workout room, a theater, a picnic area with grill tot lot, basketball courts, bike rentals, (pick your movie night), arcade ,ping pong, pool table, playground and more. All equipment needed for the above activities is provided by the on site concession.
This spacious 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom convenient condo sleeps up to 8 people. The condo features all of the comforts of home without any of the distractions! and include, 4 TVs, DVD/VCR players, play station, movies, cable, central air, and washer & dryer. It has a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator with icemaker, etc. Cooking utensils, place settings and linens and towels are provided. We also provide many extras for families with children such as a crib, high chair and stroller. The master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom also has a king size bed with a shared bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds. We hope these items make traveling easier and more enjoyable for all our guests.

Beautiful property

This place is in a great location and close to all of what Orlando has to offer. The property itself was clean and safe, and the amenities of the clubhouse were amazing! Would come again!

Home away from home.

We absolutely loved the property, made me want to sell my home and move to a condo like that. Everything was close and convenient. Having food and drinks made for you by the pool was the best feature!

Great place, Great location

The condo is well furnished, met our needs for our family vacation. Would go back without hesitation. The pool with the TIKI bar was appreciated by all ! The location for a Disney vacation is perfect (15 minutes away). Travel to both coasts is about 1h30.

Lovely quiet stay close to Disney

Had a lovely stay at the property. It was in a lovely location, quiet and not overlooked. Windsor Palms was a great resort, not too big with good amenities, lovely warm salt water pool and staff we encountered were very friendly. The grounds were very well maintained. 5min drive to 192 so close to restaurants/ shops. Disney was within 15-25min drive depending on traffic. The property was just right for our family of 5, with 3 generations. Rooms were a great size and beds were comfortable, air con worked v well. The place was very well set up with starter items. We used the laundry facilities in the property without issue. Cupboards were well stocked with crockery and pans, though a little too well as we struggled for space to put groceries! The only issue we had was regarding a problem with the automatic locking system on the main door. It suddenly stopped working after a week and the door wouldn’t lock. So we were unable to leave until it was fixed. The main issue was not being able to contact the property management. The owner had set out clear instructions on how to contact property management. However the phones in the condo did not work and as we are from the UK did not have US cell phone, so used the resort phone. We couldn’t get hold of property management on any numbers and they did not respond to email. Luckily the owners were very responsive to us and they sorted us out promptly sending a helpful maintenance guy. Overall great stay and would go back!

Home away from home

Really enjoyed our second stay in this unit- updates to flooring and Wi-Fi were great! Can’t think of anything I would change- thanks for having us again! We have found our fave spot to stay when visiting Disney!

The unit had lots of dog hair in it. Had to call the management company to change bedding on one bed as it was covered in dog hair. The dishwasher was not mounted and wanted to fall out when opened, then it acted up. Other than these few minor inconveniences it was a great property. The kids loved the pool, food, and game room. We would definitely rent at windalm palms again

Everything we needed

A great location to base yourself for a jam packed park orientated holiday. A large Walmart is just 2min drive around the corner, with a drive through Starbucks to grab that coffee before the hitting the crowds of people swarming for caffeine at the front entrances. Great places to eat close by also (recommend rock and brews!) Shared pool was a bit overwhelming with kids, but if you intend to hit the water parks regularly, who needs a pool?! Property was very clean, didn’t need to contact anyone about the property our entire stay.

Excellent propety!

When you go away on vacation, you want to be comfortable as if you are living at home. This place couldn't have been more perfect! It is exceptionally kept; with all the amenities you could want. While we didn't get an opportunity to visit the club house or pool, they looked fantastic! Great job!

Pleasant and comfortable

This property is exactly as described. Extremely comfortable and the decorating is very pleasant and makes you feel at home. We had a very nice stay. We didn’t understand that it was a self care stay so we were annoyed at having to go buy toilet paper and hand soap for the bathrooms. When you travel across the US to go on vacation you are not thinking about having to pick up toilet paper and hand soap for where you are staying, so keep that in mind. Also the binder at the condo stated we needed to do the sheets and towel laundry before leaving but there wasn’t any laundry detergent provided, so we had to buy that as well. We did pay for the cleaning service and yet there was an envelope asking us to tip them as well. Fortunately, this was the only annoyance of our entire vacation. Other than that it was a very fabulous stay and vacation. Highly recommend this place, we would stay again!

Clean and beautiful condo

Sam and Yona's condo was very nice! It was very clean when we arrived. They provided everything we needed.. at least for the first few days! The neighborhood was very pretty and the kids loved the pool and splash pad! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam and Yona were both very kind and so was Karen! We will definitely be reaching out to them again next time we are in the area!

Vacation

The renting process was easy. Make sure that all drivers are listed and registered at the gate by owner or you will not get access to your property. Had a few issues at property that were promptly addressed by owners. Owners were very gracious. Property served us well. Would book with these owners again.

Good stay but was charged extra

Review The owners were easy to contact when we needed to add extra days onto our trip. The place was pretty clean except for some dead roaches found in the place. Everything you would need is provided. I would wash all dishes before use. We stayed there with our dog and 2 cats. We kept the place clean and vacuumed before we left along with washing the sheets, dishes and towels, yet we were still charged an extra $100 for pet hair being found. That highly upset me, because the place wasn’t the cleanest when we entered. The beds were flimsy and felt like they were going to fall apart and the WiFi constantly cuts in and out. I ended up using a hotspot. All in all, a pretty good stay. But the extra charge after the fact was unnecessary.

Great stay

We've stayed in Windsor Palms previously, enjoyed the location, grounds, and community pool and center. It's a great gated community. This time at Sam and Yoni's 1st floor condo, it was perfect! Clean unit and very easy process to reserve, pay, etc. Sam and Yoni were very responsive through the process, and we encountered no issues during our stay. This is the unit I'd want to return to for future stays at Windsor Palms.

Fabulous Journey

Friendly and Convenient

My family and I absolutely love staying at Windsor Palms. The property owners were very friendly and this location made it convenient to enjoy everything in the area.

Four corners 3 bd condo

A nice property, but was dirty upon arrival. We called for service and they cleaned property, so we needed to leave. When we returned the property still needed beds made. After cleaning the unit was nice and we enjoyed are stay.

Since we've visited florida so frequently, we decided to purchase this property so we have a place to stay once in a while and be able to rent it when we are not there

We love staying at this resort, because it really feels like a vacation. We have our privacy when we are home, and yet at the same time, we have all the wonderful amenities to enjoy especially with the kids and many of our friends.
